What do you like best about the product?
The campaigns are very easy to set up and begin. The training material is also very valuable and it easy for users to follow along. Integrating and adding users with the ADI Integration tool is very helpful. It was also easy set up. The KB4 knowledge base is also very helpful when common issues occur.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up user groups could be a bit easier. Also, being able to send campaigns to 1-2 users is surprisingly not an option. Campaigns have to be sent to groups of users. This creates superfluous amounts of groups rather than being able to target who I would like to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unfortunately, I have not been able to fully utilize KB4 due to lack of support from C-suite. I know it would be beneficial as multiple users have fallen prey to phishing and social engineering attacks.

What do you like best about the product?
We are experiening using knowbe4 for about one year and we publish a campaign monthly chosing a specific training that is relevant to our company. We are pleased to receive good feedback from users as well as see a growing index of participation from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some training requires too much mouse clicks for navigate and advance between videos and questions and sometimes some users think they already finished the training but there is more content to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mitigates the risk of data leaks, help company in compliance with internal and external rules.
Robust and well thought out
What do you like best about the product?
The training is clear, and not super dry. They mix up the themes in the training to keep people enganged
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the videos seemed to be multiple vidoes stitched together, leading to videos that do not have a cohesive theme
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training vidoes gave insight, examples, and more information to help the end users understand that phishing emails exist, WILL target us, and how to identify them
My experience of using KnowBe4 for 2 years
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of managing, rolling out trainings, phishing simulations throughout the organisation and the ability to track the progress effectively. The plethora of usable content available on the KB4 store.
What do you dislike about the product?
None as of now. The experience has been good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to effectively rollout trainings and phishing campaigns seamlessly. Doing it via another platform/manually leads to more of a hassle.
Exactly what we need in these times
What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep our staff on their toes. They are far more careful about what they click and open now that we use knowbe4.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish as an admin, I could see the exact email a user failed on instead of a sample of all the emails used in the campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping teach and inform our staff of the proper ways to spot phishing emails and how to report them with the pab.
Making User Awareness Training Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The scope of training available offered is second to none. It has made our monthly training a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have the ability to host our own training modules to give to customers.

It's allowing us to orchestrate monthly training for users and track completion.
Cost-effective Cyber Security Awareness
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has been our go-to for fairly comprehensive cybersecurity and especially anti-phishing training for our employees. Good customer service, nice web tools, good training materials, and very attractive price for what we get.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the training modules are high quality, and some of the more specific training for CMMC that we'd like is not present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training our employees on security awareness, as a small company we need a product like KnowBe4

I like that everything is intuitive and easy to use and navigate

Nothing really that I can think of. I guess more phishing scenarios

Use of the portal, knowledge base and phishing templates, easy integration, good solution for security education.

Maybe the educational videos started repeating themselves.

Educates employees and familiarizes them with the dangers that threaten them on a daily basis.
