What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, reports, quality auto-generated content.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've changed reps a handful of times, but not realistically an issue. Not any true dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many companies/platforms have great content but often a big chunk of that is very boring material. KnowBe4 has great content, real world scenario videos, games, etc. Much more engaging material than most platforms out there.
Excellent security trainings platform
What do you like best about the product?
Different levels of detail are available with many other training modules. Knowbe4 is the perfect platform for the monthly reminder and the yearly mandatory security training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is kinda hard to find training material through the "ModStore"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very good product for training for security awareness as well as email phishing training and simulations

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has made it extremely simple to do security trainings for our staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
There honestly have been no downsides to using this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its making the required trainings super simple to send out to our employees on a scheduled basis.

The videos and overall experience is very current and informative.

Pop-ups have to be enabled on your browser to perform the training.

It is very adapt at educating employees about the dangers of malicious emails and social engineering.

What do you like best about the product?
It' s simple, easy, and to the point. Trainings are short and sweet.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downsides. It would be nice if training campagins updated to the latest content automatically.

Help support end user awarness and vigilance.
good platform, plenty of features for training, testing & educating end users
What do you like best about the product?
The user management portal for training and keeping track of phishing campaigns makes the administration portion very easy to control.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was some AI built into creating and managing campaigns. Also, it would be great if there was a reminder feature for letting users know they have not completed their training.

Training users to be aware of potential scams & creative phishing techniques.
Demystifying the security game
What do you like best about the product?
We love the simple-to-use and manage platform, it makes it easier for a small team to manage for a larger organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do wish more of the resources were available in our plan without a need to jump up to another "product tier".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KB4 helps us get our users up to a level of security awareness that very quickly makes our digital "castle" safer!
Excellent product for testing and training
What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 provides excellent training, and the testing process helps train users. It is easy to set up and run tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding users to the system can be cumbersome, import process requires more refinement for adding groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 helps us meet requirements for cybersecurity training and tracking spam emails.

Training assignment can be a bit clunky, and editing campaigns after they start isn't possible.

Helps us train our workforce for security compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
The training explains clearly how a hacker can trick a user into getting access they shouldn't have. The videos are mixed with practical exercises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some games in the training may be odd, but I guess some people like them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hackers are getting increasingly smarter in how they can trick users. We constantly need to stay up to date and be reminded about the danger of opening an email from a bad sender. KnowBe4 helps our users be aware of this.
