Nice training videos for training your employees

What do you like best about the product?
Nice variety of training videoes to cover the many areas of internet and email security
What do you dislike about the product?
Some videos are too long so I have to look at run time because our users are impatient
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing is suer education and to make them aware of different Internet and email threats

The Best Phishing Training System

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use has to be the best. I inherited this system and it's provided everything I need, and hasn't taken up a large amount of my time. With our monthly tests, it's easy for me and the other admins to quickly refer to recent reports to provide us the quick details we may need. The Phish Alert button has provded to be an integral part of my users day-to-day work. Rather than wasting time forwarding an email, they just click a button and it's off.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any serious qualms regarding KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A massive percentage of security breaches occur from your users, so this tool has provided our team with a little more peace of mind. Seeing the test results improve has shown us that our users are able to identify phishing attemps more reliably than before.

What do you like best about the product?
The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training system has helped us to train people automatically. It allows us to see at risk users, send different test emails that mimic real world scenarios and enforce adaptive training programs if they continue to perform riskier online behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not too bad but we just need to remember to add new users into the training test groups as they come into the company. Other than that it has been great. Only a few complaints by users that we have "made them overly cautious" which in IT we prefer anyhow :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security awareness training makes testing users ability to recognize phishing atempts safe and reportable. If a user were to click on one of the test emails we would be notified and they would automatically be enrolled in further training. We then have the ability to review the reports, work directly with users having more issues and it frees up a lot of time for IT as the process is nearly fully automated.

Great Security Training and Email FIltering

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to manage their site and filtering and the training questions are solid. The team always follows up with me and customer service is quick to respond
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmm, what I don't like is how some emails get stuck in the queue for blocked. And it takes work to release it, and have to check the system manually every few weeks

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is clever in creating security and safety information that is fun to watch, read and listen to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not so much that I dislike KnowBe4 but the whole security awareness is difficult to get people to want to learn. You are doing well in trying to make it interesting to those that do not care so much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email campaigns keep our users on their toes to spot phishing scams. It generates conversation when the email go out.

What do you like best about the product?
It shows employees how to spot phishing emails, along with informing them on how easily it is to create a phishing email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training modules get a little repedative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us train users on phishing attacks and spam emails so we do not have to train our employees.

Great way to train and test your users with a vast library of resources to pull from

What do you like best about the product?
This product can fit into any security training needs, and is easy to setup and use. Support was fast to respond when I did need help during initial setup. We integrated it with Azure SSO and have followed their implimentation guide to get initial user assessments completed to establish a baseline and now have quarterly phishing tests scheduled with auto-enrollment in remedial training for users who fail the tests. There are a number of other resources available including print materials for handouts or wall posters and videos and other content can can be integrated into presentations or other materials. We probably use a quarter of the features available to us, and plan to utilize it more over time, but even with the level of testing and training we have now, we've already seen a massive improvement in our employees reporting emails and correctly identifying real and simulated phishing emails. Even with our small organization, we use it daily and have new users auto-enrolled in assessments, etc. to keep the dashboards accurately reflecting the knowledge level of our employees and can even see aggregate by department or the whole org.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming at first, but once initial setup and integration with your user data is ready to go, it's entirely up to you to device how much or how little you do and can easily be scaled up or back as-needed. The content library is massive and can be confusing to decide what is the most relevant and/or included in your subscription, but there are filters you can play with to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User security education in general, specifically on the safe handling of and identifying and reporting suspicious emails. The training provided exposes our employess to a broad knowlegde base of computer, email, and network security practices as well as common scams/spams/phishing and other attack vectors that we could not adequately spread the word about by ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?
it gives us the feedback we need to know like how many people are taking it how long they stay signed in. We also like the phishing campains that we are able to build ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is not a whole lot not to like. Its a good product and it is well written with up to date senarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helps with our cyberseurity insurance by having this system in place.

What do you like best about the product?
Large array of content, topics and types of modules. The content is easy to follow and not overly long. We do 1 module a month and get about 60% completion, we have found it very useful and easy to deploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No suggested modules to deploy. Have to pick your own content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user is our biggest weakpoint and we have an aging user base so keeping them up to date is very helpful.
