What do you like best about the product?
There is so much to like about know before. The customer success manager that is assigned to you for all your questions and the numerous training mods are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sent out our first phishing email and over 70% failed. This phishing allowed me to show management we need more security training.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up the phishing tests was a breeze. I have them recurring so we get decent, current metrics on how our staff are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is not much I don't like. There are a few of the training modules that don't really apply, but there are so many to choose from it isn't really a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security awareness training content and testing our staff with phishing.

Training users with this product is very easy and a lot of fun. Users are happy that they can do training through games and videos instead of studying a lot of materials through reading.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and set up with top notch customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be somewhat overwhelming at first, but it is intuitive enough that I quickly felt comfortable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has helped us gain confidence in our employees to recognize and respond accordingly to Phishing emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with the lower subscriptions and work your way up as you need them and get comfortable with the service.

All you need for Phishing Training

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to set up a phishing campaign to send out to our users. Also, KnowBe4 has a fantastic training module that helps us in fulfilling our requirements annually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had started using this earlier on. It is so simple to use and is an essential tool in our day-to-day business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using KnowBe4 for about a year now and are delighted with it. We can train our employees with phishing exercises, as well as numerous training modules.

Best Phishing platform Available.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the randomness of the test. Typically, if you send a test phish in other software, there is little to no randomness. KnowBe4 allows me to set each phish the way I want and create tiers of remedial training based on those that fall for the phish. I love the new AI that is built into the product as well, and the ability to use the PhishER platform to review submissions is 2nd to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything that I dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educating users, so that we can minimize risk. It only took me 2 months to go from 47 % phish prone to 6%.

What do you like best about the product?
Phish-prone percentage for employees has fallen from about 30% to less than 1%.
What do you dislike about the product?
Console for Administration takes some getting used to. Could be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees think before they click on a link or open a suspicious email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can't beat it for content and price. Train your employees first and then test them with the simulated phishing tests. Use the phishing tests to educate people and not to shame them. Make the training mandatory and train monthly instead of annually.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface and integrations allowing for instant testing of phishing threats against departments, campuses or the entire organization. Knowbe4 offers in-depth training system in several formats to help educate end users in various formats and languages
What do you dislike about the product?
Desire some better report ability overall however there has been growth in this area the past few months for the company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 helped to address the massive need around phishing awarness for our overall staff. Its streamline ability to test and offer training has been great! We have seen our overall phishing threat rate go from 20% to 8% in under one year of using the product. Adding on overall vishing and usb threat detection has just added to the value

Quick Start Using the KnowBe4 Platform

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to use features;
- Broad functionalities without extra $$ (simulated phishing, email exposure, relevant newsletter, training, ..);
- Cost/effective
What do you dislike about the product?
- Be great if we can get the phishing alert button for mobile (e.g., iOS); having it just on laptop/desktop is great but most folks are looking at their emails on their phones around the clock.
- Would be helpful to have a "progress meter" inside the training module so users know how much is left and make decision to continue or park and finish later;
- Email exposure check is pseudo helpful as it includes many employees who are no longer with the firm, and includes domains from years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were increasing our security focus and wanted a quick start to raise the firm's awareness and prevent an increasing incoming spam/phishing emails. KnowBe4 has a ready-to-go security awareness program that we used to model after from day 1, and it ties in with all the functionalities of its platform so it was very easy to follow and implement. Support was great; our firm's uptake was great and a clear increased sense of alert is evident in the reporting of phishing/incidents and level of training consumed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out the couple of features like simulated phishing and spam filtering check. Confirm compatibility of things like alert button and AD integration with your firm's technology platform.
