Great Product. Easy to configure and monitor
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have the ability to choose training and setup phishing campaigns that are really customizable. I can also create my own landing pages if I choose to. I can track when a person clicks or opens a link and I can reset various values if need be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some trouble with the phish alert button where it randomly will get un-installed from users' computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have mitigated some potentially harmful emails by having training and awareness with our users.
Excellent service for building your human firewall
What do you like best about the product?
The service is easy to use. You have a dedicated account manager (at least at the Platinum level you do) who checks in with you, advises you on how to run your campaigns based on best practices, and helps you with configuration. Their technical support has always been quick and friendly. It just works, we've seen a marked improvement in our campaign results and I can tell that it's put our users on their toes to higher degree than we've seen before. They also continually add new features and content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many. My only real issue is that the email notifications weren't working properly recently and it didn't seem like I could find an answer about when/if they were going to correct the problem. It did get resolved, though. And maybe I just wasn't finding the right channels to find out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're making our users more aware of security and more wary of things that land in their email inboxes. Since our baseline test, we've seen an enormous improvement in our campaign results (going from almost a 20% failure rate down to 2-3%). Our users definitely reach out and ask for advice from IT more often now if they're unsure about an email, rather than just clicking a link and hoping that it's okay. Has also gone a long way toward helping us meet our compliance goals.

The Phishing test are amazing and allow us to stay on top of keeping our employees aware. The free tools are very helpful in keeping us informed.

We have been very satisfied with everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create phishing tests, manage the results, and easily assign training courses to those users that fail a phish test.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really we have not experienced any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educating employees about electronic security awareness, what the emerging threats are, and how to recognize Social Engineering Attacks.
Great Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Engaging training modules, intuitive interface, great tracking of campaigns, and the ability to get creative with campaigns. We also love having the ability to load our own content into the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some modules won't work in any browser other than Google Chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since rolling out KnowBe4 training to our users, security awareness is visibly at the forefront of everyone's mind. Our users are now more alert and cautious and some have personally thanked me for providing them with information to keep them, and the company, safer.

Modern Interface, User Friendly, Great Content
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is well-done and easy to navigate. The training videos are excellent, the users love them...AND they learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
More support around how to get after users who refuse to complete their training could be useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our users no longer fall for phishing emails. Actually, they no longer trust anything that is emailed to them!
Great resource
What do you like best about the product?
Great resource for getting employees knowledgeable and becoming cyber resilient. Not to mention all of the other training that is offered. Since using KnowBe4 there has been nothing but positive feedback from the users.

I can’t really say there are any downsides or dislikes

Easy and effective solution
What do you like best about the product?
Tons of templates make it easy to train and test the users. There's always something new to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm unable to think of anything that I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our phish prone percentage has fallen from 38% at the onset of the program, to less than 2%. My users are using the Phish Alert Button to report messages they are unsure about. KB4 has improved our overall security posture.
Invaluable tool
What do you like best about the product?
User education and the Phish Alert tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I did not get started on this sooner. This software can save you big time by preventing data loss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started Phish alert before our migrations from on prem Exchange to O365 and boy am I glad we did. While we love the tight integrations of O365 and Azure AD, the service is inherently insecure due to logging in with email addresses and the same password to your AD account. So, it is highly targeted by phishermen (see what I did there?). Seriously though, we started our baseline of phish prone users at around 60% and have moved that under 10% in just a few short months with the simulations. This product is a must for any company this day and time.
