A shot in the arm for our users IT sceurity awareness

What do you like best about the product?
Phishing tests, on demand training and tracking of their efforts to tackle this. Account support who calls every so often and see show we are doing and makes us aware of new features and ideas we may not have grasped yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a UK IT manager, some of it is a bit "american"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makig users more aware of how they can get caught by phishing emails and improving their overall IT security awareness
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are other security training bundles available from various vendors, but KnowBe4 seemd the most colourful and wide ranging. There was a number of price brackets available but personally i would recommend nothig less than the Gold/Platinum. The simulated phishing tests are awesome and help detect users most susceptible of being tricked and. We get all out new starters to do at least three of the mod store courses as part of their default induction process.

KnowBe4's product neatly integrates with Outlook and Active Directory so users can report phishing emails and new users are automagically added to the database of users requireing training. FAB!

Great Product for Security Training

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to Use. Great Customer Service. Comprehensive Training. Thorough Dashboard. Shows all of your strengths and weaknesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a very complex product, so without assistance, it could be difficult to maneuver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security Training. Our employees are realizing how easy phishing is to come into our systems and are much more aware of security weaknesses. They report issues more often.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 offers a lot of varied content. And for some of the content, there are several versions based on the amount of time one is willing to devote.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found is sometimes it is hard to decide on which content to select as there is so much to choose from!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We ran a test prior to delivery of training and over half the staff fell for a phishing email. After the training we achieved 100% compliance!! We took the content which was 45 minutes and delivered it in an interactive group session, where we showed the content on a large screen LCD monitor and added commentary of our own. We also had a laptop for each participant to follow along so they could do the exercises on their own to get the "credit" for taking the class. This format was very well received by the staff. Each session lasted 1.5 hrs and had a maximum of 6 "students". We ran 8 or 9 sessions and recently had one for new hires.

Throughout the year, I post helpful hints to all the staff, mostly taken from Stu's emails and Cyberheist News. We are planning a refresher
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Security awareness is an extremely important adjunct to the rest of the security measures an organization puts in place. For all those efforts, it only takes one user, clicking on that one email to defeat it all!

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the content is very fluid and progressive. Campaigns are harder and harder to determine the legitimacy. It does work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing model is hard to determine. Lock this in with your account manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are definitely aware of phishing and security risks. Campaigns generate hallway chatter on who fell for them and who didn't.

Good product. Would recommend.

Amazing Security Awareness product

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 provides not only training, but phishing, vishing, and usb stick testing, with great options for delivering the testing and training, and great help for all aspects of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if you didn't need to lose progress in setting up a training course if you forgot to create the needed user groups for it first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had staff falling for phishing attacks and creating risk for the organization. In the first KnowBe4 phishing test, many of our staff failed. With the subsequent training, and constant retests, our staff is now our best defense for risky emails and voice phishing attacks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very customizable phishing tests, extremely helpful staff, and they're always adding training content and features.

A Must Have For Small IT Staffs

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to provide training and to reinforce that training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The method for finding what training is available at your subscription level and then adding that training is kludgy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is increasingly seeing spear phishing emails come in. With KnowBe4 we are able to keep users vigilant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try, it is an expensive way to tie training together with real world situations.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's management portal is informative and the ability to create and track phishing and training campaigns is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The numerous options and configurations can seen overwhelming at times if you don't dedicate time to learn the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My users have an heightened awareness of what is and is not a legitimate email and our monthly campaigns have reduced the number of "clicks" to less than 1%. This tool is also a competitive advantage when I respond to RFP's that inquire what type of end user security awareness training of offered.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease to have users auto enrolled to training and phishing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, getting logged in sometimes is longer since I use the password-less login and require a new email each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training users on the real life examples of what to expect from phishing attacks and reducing our cyber risk. We've see a dramatic decrease in clicks over the year and have many users bring real phishing emails to our attention using the Phish Alert button.

What do you like best about the product?
The problem with email phishing attacks, smishing and vishing is always the end user. If there wasn't a sucker born every minute, we wouldn't need amazing products like KnowBe4. I really like how effective this product has made it for us to educate our staff not to be a sucker. It's intuitive and remarkably easy to use and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
We find the vishing component a little too easy to recognize as bad phone calls, and there are not yet any smish-test optiosn in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found that our security has improved 10 fold with user training. Our staff now easily recognize and regularly report bad emails, which we then follow up on to further mitigate future attacks. With quarterly campaigns, we keep our staff up to date on the latest threats and send an automated notification once a week to keep them security conscious.

I am not sure there are any downsides to this product. We are extremely satisfied.
