Security-awareness training is now a must for all organizations!
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is user-friendly to use and the phishing campaigns can be setup to click and forget. We like that the training content is regularly updated, they make new email templates and the knowledge base articles are up-to-date. The account managers tend to keep in touch as often as you like them too.
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike that a phishing campaign is only able to send one email over its configured timeframe. If you want to send a burst of emails, you need to configure multiple campaigns or clone the one you have, it's not as easy as changing a setting in the existing campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More of our users are very conscious when clicking on links and they take the extra step to verify the sender if needed. The phish alert button gets used a lot more now and this saves IT a lot of time :) This knowledge not only helps our employees at the workplace but also in their home.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't have budget, get at least Gold otherwise get Platinum for the most training content available, it's worth it!

What do you like best about the product?
Super customer service oriented and resourceful staffs. Also all the free tools you can use to assess your setup like Breach password Test, Ransomeware Sim...I love the Phishing Campaign and Training Module, how up to date and interesting they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to say everything in there is useful. Maybe only the Compliance features that we don't need it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End users are now more educated and more cautious before opening any email or clicking on any link. Some case we were just a click away from getting a ransomware but thanks to the phishing test and training, the user stopped and reported.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't think there is any other competitor our there for KnowBe4. With the reasonable pricing and it offers a practical and logical solution for business to improve security. At least test it out with one campaign, you will see how useful it is and you will be surprised how many of your coworkers will fall for it.

What do you like best about the product?
Feature set, range of toolset, and ease of management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some issues out of the gate with a few products just not reporting or running correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End user training and awareness has been a struggle, but equal to that has been an assessment on several areas; such as endpoint ability to stop ransomware, etc.

Go for it. You won't be disappointed.

What do you like best about the product?
Out of the box training tools with ready made material to help you design your own training and education campaigns. System can be setup to not only notify clients of new campaigns, but also reminder notifications to complete exercises. The analytics are very helpful identifying weaknesses of each individual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Someone continuously checks on you to ensure you are using all the tools and aware of new material periodically made available on the portal - just kidding!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to be an expert in security and the creation of training programs. Best of all I too learn about security as i go about setting up the campaigns.
Without Knowbe4, training of staff on phishing & other network security issues would be impossible!
What do you like best about the product?
Some of the things I like best about Knowbe4 is it integration with AD for account creation, how it has automation of emails, trainings and campaigns, how it has the ability to accurately and easily keep track of who has reviewed yearly policies as well as produce reports for accountability, and also the guidance and ease of use the program offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the few downsides I have come across with using Knowbe4 is that passwords do not sync with AD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 has impacted my business by providing down-to-earth training to end-users that have helped them to understand how important network security is and how it is their responsibility too and not just the technology departments.

Well worth it! You will not regret the investment.
Perfect platform to train, test and maintain a security culture in your environment
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is flexible and yet easy to get started. You can get started with a simple yet effective training and testing right off the bat and yet after several years I am still finding new ways to leverage the platform to extend our security culture. There is always new content to be used for training, new phishing templates and new ways to keep security top of mind for your users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like to tweak my reports in a specific way. The way I have setup my campaigns I end up spending a little time each month formatting the reports to meet my particular desires. This is not really a problem as I actually prefer spending time in the results data, makes me feel as though I understand them better anyhow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recognized some years ago that regardless of firewall and email filtering that some phishing emails were always going to find a way through. I knew I would have to train users to spot those phishing emails if we were ever going to remain safe. KnowBe4 not only helped us train our users but also gives us a platform to continue to test users and keep them up to date with current trends. I now have users telling me how they are helping our vendors be better at spotting phishing emails and even train some of their own family members. I have gone from a group of potential targets to now a group of trained users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the cost of your network becoming encrypted by ransomware and the cost not only of paying a ransom, but the opportunity cost or the damage to your reputation. The cost of training your users and maintaining that level of security within your organization will be much less. Also consider that your doing your users a service and training them and making them better employees.
The best tool there is for security awareness
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has changed our organization. My users are well trained to spot phishing attacks, and not only that. They are also now keenly aware of social engineering tactics, HIPAA, and many other topics. I love the platform. It is easy to use, and it is very insightful and intuitive. You can use AI to make phishing tests more attuned to users' individual needs. The reports are fantastic, and it is extremely automated. Set it and forget it. The ModStore has so much content that you can use for trainings or share with users, it would take a lifetime to go through it all. KnowBe4 is constantly improving and changing. The product is not the same as it was even a short time ago, and it will not be the same as it is right now 6 months from now. There are always new features being added.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is just much I can say about KnowBe4 on the negative side. I guess if I had to pick something, it would be the cost. It does have a fairly hefty price tag, so it might be hard for smaller organizations to afford it. But the product pays for itself in prevention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping our users up on the latest threats in the cyber world. Before we purchased KnowBe4, we had a couple of security incidents, Since KnowBe4, we have had none. The knowledge that we have been able to impart to our users has been immeasurable, and being able to test them and see where our weaknesses are has prevented us from being attacked.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say to really analyze the cost of a security breach vs. the cost of KnowBe4. If you purchase the product, they have a great customer success person that will be assigned to you, and also they have a guide that you answer some questions about your goals and your organization, and it produces a step-by-step guide you can use to get set up and go live. It's a great tool.
The best security for your business
What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 utilizes human error - breaks it down and counters it - training your weakest link the User with a mixture of Gameplay, Education, and Posters.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I really dislike but the fact that the Reporting is not totally built out yet, but I'm sure that will follow soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are strengthening your company from the inside out. - training your weakest link. Phish prone percentage went from 98 to 0.002 % in over a year.
I am extremely pleased with KnowBe4 and their product.
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service is fantastic, as well as their tech support. The product is easy to implement and is improving greatly overtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides that I can think of to using the product.

We are enhancing security awareness by using this product.
Making Training Delivery and Reporting Easier
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has provided us with a way to deliver and track cybersecurity training that makes sense for our institution. We've used it for Cybersecurity training, Title IX training, as well as a number of custom training modules that we've created and uploaded (as SCORM packages). We love the user completion tracking and the overall streamlined experience on the admin side as well as the end-user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
User management has been a struggle in some ways. We opted NOT to integrate using Active Directory because we don't offer the service to our full user group. The users need to be managed manually, and that has presented a few issues especially working with fewer licenses. This isn't necessarily a reflection of the product - just how we're using it... unfortunately necessary in our case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivery of Cybersecurity, HR, Campus Safety training delivery and tracking. We greatly appreciate the reporting/tracking for peace of mind when dealing with auditors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
KnowBe4 has made it very easy to track and report on user interactions with Training modules. In the Higher Education market, we deal with government requirements and auditors that require the institution's employees to have received ongoing training in different areas. KnowBe4 has a vast library of materials, and we really appreciate the ability to upload content that we created (via SCORM package). Also, their policy approval model is very helpful. In addition, the Phishing tests have lowered our overall response tendencies exponentially.
