What do you like best about the product?
The wide variety of emails that are avialiable to use for the phishing tests and the varying levels of difficulty they contain as well as the training videos and simulators in the program.

Some of the reporting can be a little bit too busy to follow at times

I like the large selection of security trainings as well as trainings available in their compliance package.

It can seem overwhelming with so many trainings available.

There are many different options KnowBe4 provides for training. They provide a large catalogue that allows organizations to tailor their training to their needs. There are many ways the platform can be used to automatically handle re-training as well.

There are many features that I didn't know about until customer success managers walked me through them.

The training is topical and succint. It helps us meet our compliance needs.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's phishing and scam training has significantly strengthened our organization's security posture. The engaging content and realistic simulations have made a noticeable difference in our employees' ability to identify and avoid threats. User aUser and group management requires a significant investment of time to achieve comprehensive understanding.nd Group management takes some time to trully understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Train employees on how to spot phising and scam emails. Phis Alert also helps us with an easy way for them to report possible problematic emails.
Top Tier Security Awareness Training Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the breadth of content, and the quality of the content that is offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the learning modules were a bit more customizable within the platform, and did not require us to have our own LMS to get the most of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No secret that phishing is the top threat our company faces. KnowBe4 is instrumental in our staff being up to date with the latest threats.

The custom reports and ability to customize phishing tests

They often get blocked by Microsoft which cause numbers to not be accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to send targeted campaigns and training to users based on their roles.
Best Engaging Content
What do you like best about the product?
This has been the most engaging software that we have used to date. The short duration of the trainings make it easier for our busy employees to complete, and on the go if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
After one year of using this software, I can't find any real drawbacks yet. We have had the highest participation rates then previously.

We are able to meet compliance and keep all of our employees updated and educated which keeps our issues to a minimum.

I like the ability to give users training on what issues are out there and to help them avoid the pitfalls.

I would say the knowledge on my part not knowing what all knowbe4 has to offer.

Repetitive content and customization limitations.

KnowBe4 trains employees to identify and report suspicious emails through simulated phishing campaigns and awareness training and reduces the likelihood of successful phishing attacks and strengthens the organization's first line of defense.

Reports with analytics are limited in their customization.

Multiple IT Security Audit require our company to conduct a continous training to all our employees. KB4 is a great platfrom from that perspective with a great range of training modules, multiple configurations to automate the training process .
