Amazing AI search features!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the AI search features and capabilities of Canto! It has been so easy to locate different types of creative and images for our marketing campaigns all but a quick search of what we are looking for. Historically, we were manually flipping through our photo albums of 1000+ images to find the perfect/one image that fit a specific description. I utilize Canva quite a bit with our email marketing and social media creative, so the seamless integration there has been amazing.
Also, our rep that has been helping with the set up and integration of the software has been amazing and super responsive.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Canto had more friendly functionality with share the upload links with external clients.
For example, we need to collect all of our external customers logos to display on our site, I wish that we could share one general link with them (that isn't tied to my email) that they can use to upload and files while not being able to view any other uploaded files from other clients.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto has been amazing in storing all of our event photos and keeping them organized, while also keeping the most up to date version of that asset. There are times that we need to photoshop or change something about an image, so it's nice that "source of truth" always lives in Canto.
PLNU Loves Canto!
What do you like best about the product?
Canto allows us to be centralized, searchable, and in brand when it comes to PLNU and our story telling goals. We evaluated a few options but Canto's ease of use and layout made it ideal for our internal stakeholders. Once users experienced the search-ability, implementation was not a huge issue. Integration was easy once we provided a brief training. It is used daily by multiple departments across campus including our own marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to give a downside to Canto, honestly. The biggest challenge we had was just to redirect users to what we have rebranded as Loma Photos, however, that was an easier roll out than other platforms may have been.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto enables speed and alignment. We (Marketing) can respond to opportunities fast without compromising brand. It also empowers our campus users to select approved, branded photography for us. We are especially excited to see what they do with AI integrations.
Canto makes it extremely easy to share assets amongst our team of many different companies!

Canto is amazing for utilizing and organizing many different assets. We utilize Canto to upload, organize, and share digital media and assets across our brand for social media, print projects, collateral, and more.

I don't have any complaints about using Canto.

Having all of our brand assets in one place that are organized and easy to access whenever we need them!

What do you like best about the product?
I own a franchise and our brand makes marketing assets available to us through Canto. It's organized and easy to find things. Once I have found what I need, it's also easy to share them with the people who need them.

I haven't found anything I dislike about using the product.

Canto makes it easy for me to access brand assests and use them for marketing. The organizational scheme minimizes the time I spend looking for specific items.
Has transform the way we store our assets.
What do you like best about the product?
We have all of our assets stored in one place, and with all the right team members being able to gain access, as well as having a clear understanding of which assets they have access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing discovered at this stage, but we are still working our way through embedding across all areas of our company.

I’ve been using Canto for quite some time now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most helpful and reliable tools I’ve used in marketing. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to organize, find, and share digital assets quickly. Since I started using Canto, I haven’t encountered any issues. Everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

So far, I don't have ay issues using Canto. I am satisfied.

Now, everything is centralized, searchable, and well-organized, which saves me and my team a lot of time. The ability to tag, categorize, and preview assets quickly is a huge plus — no more guessing which version is the latest or digging through emails to find what we need.
Canto also solves collaboration issues. Instead of constantly requesting files or double-checking usage rights, our team can easily access what they need, when they need it. This streamlines our content creation and campaign execution.
Overall, Canto reduces clutter, improves consistency, and helps ensure that our brand assets are used correctly and efficiently. It's made our marketing and creative process more agile and stress-free.

Solid platform for organizing and sharing visual assets
What do you like best about the product?
Canto is a powerful yet relatively easy-to-use tool for organizing and managing digital assets. The onboarding process was smooth and well-supported, and the sharing functionality—especially portals and links—has been incredibly useful for both internal teams and external partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a dedicated mobile app for phones or iPads to make access and uploads even easier on the go. The interface also isn’t the most visually modern, though it’s still functional and gets the job done.

We needed a more efficient and centralized way to organize, tag, and share our growing library of digital assets across teams and with external partners. Canto has streamlined that process, making it easier to find high-quality visuals quickly, maintain brand consistency, and avoid duplicated work. It’s helped reduce bottlenecks and improved our ability to deliver content on tight timelines.
Quality and Effecient
What do you like best about the product?
Incredible amount of in-built features. And the fact they have developed a sturdy product (not sure if thats the right word). I've never had to go to customer support for an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is not alot to dislike about Canto. One thing i would like to see, is the image size before you resize/crop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital library that has a great search engine, share digital assets without going through external partners, ability to resize images for any spec.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Canto is the robust search features. I like that I can search across industries, file types, or asset tags.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file names show up as long and ugly. I'd rather be able to have a file title that I specify or AI selects based on content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have dozens of lines of business and it is difficult to find the right information related to the LOB. Canto helps solve this issue by being a one-stop shop with sorted searching.

I like that the company information is organized and easy to find what I need.

My dislike is trying to figure out which section of our company information I need to select.
