A great tool for a small team
What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides many tools that help maintain organized assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function seems not to allow copy and paste.

Canto has given us a platform to organize our students' work to allow new levels of organization.

I previously had trouble staying organized with my files--- but now I have Canto!
What do you like best about the product?
Canto is intuitive and offers Admins a platform that is easy to set up.

I wish Canto was free-ware. Also, portal updates sometimes do not update right away

I could only say perhaps training our internal department how to organize our files better!
Easiest way to organize all Digital Assets
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can switch views because sometimes I remember the name of a file and sometimes I remember the image itself. Or I am able to search through with a quick visual search.

I wish the thumbnails could be a little bigger somedays. But other than that The dashboard is very intuitve and easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Search by upload date. We have projects catalogued by year and this is an easy way to search by year and date.
Overly complicated for simple file storage and organization
What do you like best about the product?
You can group files and create a custom link to share just those files to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow and laggy to navigate. Trying to use an existing link becomes out of control of you share a lot of files.

Files storage and file sharing. I have not realized any benefits.

Canto is the BEST Place to Upload Photos for Multiple Stakeholders to Access
What do you like best about the product?
Canto is a very easy program to use and navigate. It makes organizing large amounts of photos a breeze - and you can let multiple people view the gallery(ies). Instead of sending photos back and forth to one another with your co-workers via email - this is a great alternative. It's also super nice that you can download a photo you want from the gallery as well, in full size.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate how sometimes it can take a while for photos to upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company and I are solving basic organizational issues with Canto. There are so many benefits to using Canto, especially in a business setting. Marketing teams (like social media personnel especially) absolutely need to implement Canto in their daily work life.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend getting Canot if you work daily with photography or any sort of marketing material with your company. Even in your personal life - if you love photography and have thousands of photos, this is a great place to store them all and share them with family and friends.

E commerce related customer requests. Make it easy to colate images.

Very easy to use interface. Lots of options to store and share digital files of all types.

Expensive if you plan on using to store video files.

Asset management. It's easy to have an unorganized filing system. Image Relay solves that problem.
Image Relay- Great for Organizing and Sharing Content
What do you like best about the product?
It is really intuitive and easy to use. Sometimes I don't even need to train coworkers to use it; they just understand how things work right away!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no app. It would be great to use Image Relay for quick file transfers and sharing on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and storage for all of our photos, video and other marketing assets.

It is great, go for it! And feel empowered to negotiate for a rate that fits your budget.
