It's takes a long time to tag large libraries and coming up with the best search terms and keywords.

What do you like best about the product?

I wish we had a little bit more direction on how to better use the platform and get updates.

Having all of our assets in one area to outside organizations to utlize.

What do you like best about the product?
Fairly easy for new users to jump in and get started and importing images from G Drive is a breeze. We appreciated that they provide a demo for us to try before we committed to anything. The onboarding has been extremely helpful and they continue to provide support to help us with anything that comes up. Video transcription is also very useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it is hard to find anything negative at this point but if I had to say something, it would be the price point. There are additional add-ons that I feel should be included in the base price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us time because of the ease of use and that is worth its weight in gold! We love that we can easily sort images, and add tags, share, and transfer files which we do on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customization of the custom fields and how user-friendly it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't update a "live" document like a Google Drive Sheet for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our salespeople don't ask for help to find something, and it's easy for them to use. Everything is organized in a way that works best for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful software for our Interior Design firm! Everything in one place and easy to organize, especially with the auto-tagging feature! I don't know what we'd do without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve with using the albums - it can be a bit confusing when you're beginning. Providing some tutorials would be greatly appreciated for new employees learning this!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto has solved the problem of organizing all our company's digital assets in a visual and easy-to-find way. Our designers can find what they need right away - it has definitely helped our productivity!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to learn this program thoroughly - there's so much it offers!

What do you like best about the product?
The way it helps everyone find what they need in this time of working remotley. Plus the clients love it as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use a little work. Plus it doesn't feel as intuitive as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us pull footage and other assets without all the fuss of a " video server " It's been such a HUGE time save.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can share a link with anyone in our company so they can access materials right when they need them. Canto is easy for anyone in our company to find what they need. Canto also provides a link so I can simply and easily upload new content. It has been a much better solution overall than what we were using before.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be challenging to find the right content pending on the folder layout. However, Canto comes with a robust search function, and that makes finding content easier. At times, it can be challenging to find the right content pending on the folder layout. However, I've found it easier over time finding the content I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Canto solved was having a corporate solution for all media. We were using an internal intranet, and that was fine for a while. However, we needed a better solution for our corporate asset management. Canto makes it so much easier to find the content we need not to mention an easier wau to upload new content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Canto is a great solution if you need a solution for asset management at the corporate level.

If you are a larger company and have TONS of assets, it can be slow to load.

Ability to share out assets to partners and able to hide some from groups that you may not want them to have access

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Canto is a searchable library which makes it easy to find what you are looking for in a matter of seconds. The tagging, custom fields, and keywords are fantastic tools that help our assets be well organized and easily accessible to those who need them. I also like how we can add in our digital rights management, adding an extra layer of security to our assets. Lastly, the reports on Canto are excellent! I love how you can see reports on everything on Canto, whether the asset that has been looked at/opened the most or reports on the share links; this tool is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I feel Canto has an opportunity to do is to make is easier to remove content from the share links. Currently the only way to remove content from the share links is to completely delete the asset from the main library. It would be great if we could do that without having to completely delete the asset and only delete it from the share link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we have solved with Canto is organizing the company's digital assets all in one place. Canto makes it so much easier for our employees to find what they're looking for. It has also made it easier and faster for us to send information such as larger files that quite can't be emailed, using the share links has been a huge help.
