Image Relay Customer Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate Image Relay, it helps keep work organized and makes sharing files exceptionally easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Adobe integration is new but still has a few kinks that could be worked out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We share files to our clients and it has made doing so quick and easy

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly capture images that are needed for a strong presence on a website. With Data Teams working in other parts of the world, this makes it easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the tool works as promised and does not have any extra steps of "authorizations" to share digital assets with our Partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work schedules of Data Gurus at our Partners Company. The Data Gurus work different hours, can be working from home or even another country, and when they get to your brand you need to have it all handy. Image Relay offers that ability. This has greatly reduced the "load times" for new products being added to their websites.
Image Relay has helped centralise and organise our imagery for internal and external stakeholders.
What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to navigate using tagging, to quickly find relevant assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, we love the tool! It's really helped us stay organised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that we have version control of assets, that is easily accessible by partners and colleagues, really helps with consistency of visual messaging.
Super Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay has a super simple layout that makes it easy to understand and learn quickly! I love how the layout is very user friendly and I am able to organize things fast and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say that Image Relay doesn't have may things I don't like. I would like a feature to copy tags or have saved tags in the collection to put on photos because that is a lot of writing and probably the most time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my team, we have benefited by having one place where we can all find the finished and perfect image, pdf, video, whatever we need for the project we need to get done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! It is the simplest asset manager I've used.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of finding images I need is fantastic. The interface is very user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything to dislike! It's so much better than the service we used previously!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need an image for a graphic project I am working on, our company's SKUs are very easy to locate and download. This saves time and frustration.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, never was taught on it and picked it up very quickly, easy to share artwork. Companies have use of my art now when I need it for products which is super easy and I can send it amongst many vendors to get a full spectrum.
What do you dislike about the product?
Figuring out collections took me a minute, but not much longer, it has simplified sharing artwork.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to go to a bunch of different artwork files to share with vendors, I can keep a complete and full running list of where my art is and what it is. Being able to group it into collections has been huge- sharing just one collection link instead of grabbing each file individually has been huge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has served its purpose and then some for me. Easy to pick out different logos and keep them together.
A must-have tool for all businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy and clear to use. It's also super safe when sharing content with clients/b2b. I love that you can create collections of assets to share with others too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish it has a drag and drop feature, eg when uploading assets or trying to move assets/folders around. But that's it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had zero content / asset organisation before using image relay. We were always looking for assets/having trouble sharing with others. It's definitely helped with organisation and has given us peace of mind knowing we can't accidentally share other assets like on some platforms.

Go for it! It will make your life much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I use this service for multiple clients because the platform's ease of use has searchable content and the sharing capabilities are nice. Overall, I would recommend this to any company that needs to organize and share assets with multiple people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most companies have more than 1-5 admin. It should be open to as many admin as needed. For our needs, we had one client that needed 15 admins for all aspects of their business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall organizational issues with tons and tons of assets. We can now organize past folders, presentations, images, video and more, that is easily accessible for my clients and suits their needs for sharing, storing and organizing their content.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly and easily share content is unmatched

Honestly, nothing haha. I have been extremely impressed

Being able to share our content but also limit access to certain item, or limit the time you have access to them is very helpful

Image Relay is a great resource for creative assets for both the designers and project managers.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place and easy to navigate. I appreciate the interface and navigation. I don't use any tools with this software and haven't used anything like it in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't care for is that once I click on an asset, I'm used to hitting my back button to go back to the previous search results page. This takes me back to the main menu. Instead, I should hit the X on the very top right (to the right of "Hide Panel") which is not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to grab the assets that I need quickly so it saves me time. I don't have to email and request it from the client. Our performance has increased since it's such a time-saver and our projects are not held up.
