Image Relay is very simple to use and ergonomic.
What do you like best about the product?
Folder creation, the quick links and the creation of collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot copy an entire folder into another one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to share our content with our subsidiaries or clients quickly. We can organize our content per collection each year (winter or summer).

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience in Image Relay is really smooth, we've been able to upload and download assets with ease. It's also easy to share links to assets to folks, even those outside of our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest pain point with Image Relay has been the migration- moving all assets over from Dropbox to Image Relay has been a significant undertaking that I wish could be streamlined/automatic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously worked in Dropbox, where we had been uploading/managing assets for the past five years. It became very cluttered and hard to find things, and was lacking metadata. The search bar wasn't much help.

quick and effective and reliable. Easy to upload files.
What do you dislike about the product?
probably explaining everytime why I have to download a document, but at the same time I understand :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
so far no problems. love how quick I can upload files as well as downloading them.
The easiest and most organized way to share archives and have an online library.
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to upload documents already organised in folders, the previews make it fast to find what you are looking for and not having to download the archives to see them makes it more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you have to create an account. It'd be great to have a shared url option for non Image Relay frequent users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing a common space with clients in real time instead adding documents or archives to an email. It's fast, well organized, pretty easy to upload, and has the preview option.
Easy sharing within the team
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is for me to upload content for my colleagues to access even though we're all spread around and working from home. Even better that the high quality remains when they download it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on your company size you may end up with hundreds of folders of content so can get confusing finding the right location but when this happens we'll share using a link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business we can now have all our content in one place where everyone can access it across the world and we can keep the content archived there for years to come.
A Must-Have Tool for Keeping Assets Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Image Relay for my organization for more than six years now, and I love that it keeps all our photos and graphic files organized. I can easily share folders with collaborators or media and I don't have to worry about chasing down files when I'm asked for things. As long as you're diligent about adding descriptors when you upload files, everything is so easy to find when searching for a specific asset!
What do you dislike about the product?
The options under the ellipsis in the navigation menu take a while to adjust to. They're so easy to miss unless you know they're there. When you create a collection, downloading specific files isn't as intuitive as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization has a large number of digital assets and Image Relay is the perfect solution to keeping them all organized. Plus we work with plenty of collaborators and it's made sharing assets a breeze.

Look no further! This service is excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
For my purposes, Image Relay provides the ability to create a centralized repository for international functions across the entire business. Other competitors do not provide as much value against the overall functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I would classify as a 'dislike'. If I were to suggest an improvement, I would request that there were more files types available for export and/or sending to others on the network.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay, as I stated, allows my department to utilize assets across a global community. The benefits allow cross-functional project collaboration and the advantage of meeting my timelines across multiple time zones.

A One-Stop Shop for Digital Assets
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Image Relay only three months ago, when I started my new job. I love how easy it is to use - for finding assets, and for organizing them. It's easy to create folders and subfolders, batch update metadata, and be in control of access with how links are created/sent out. It's also great for version control.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a whole lot that I dislike - I can't think of anything. I'm still learning all of the features, so it's a matter of becoming more familiar with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to be organized and find everything so it makes my job as a Video Production Project Manager much easier. It also lets me know if there is a duplicate file, which helps me keep things streamlined and clutter-free.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This has made asset management so easy, not only for our team, but for others needing to find and use assets. It's very intuitive and easy to customize.
Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find and navigate through all the potential images, a number of filtering/sorting tools. It's awesome having digital assets all under one umbrella, and the ability to download the file size you need for the application. As far as a solution for asset management, it works great - better than expected!
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything so far that I don't like, although that may be more fully flushed out by the IT integration team! From the moment I knew I had access to it, it has made my life easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of a lot of digital assets living in multiple locations. This centralizes everything and we are able to locate images based on keyword searches that have previously lived on servers across the country or in private folders that we do not have access to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a comprehensive CMS for asset management, this is an excellent tool to bring all of your assets into one handy location. Navigation is easy and fast, if results are absent from your searches it helps to identify what areas need work from an internal perspective.
Great product at a great price
What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides all the functionality we need and is very user-friendly for both admins and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no negatives to the system from my perspective. It does exactly what I need it to do.
