Real Connection - Selling Homes

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for finding and tagging photos. Prior to Canto our company had all of our photos of various homes we had built stored in file folders on our servers. I had to comb through hundreds of photos. Canto helped created a quick database that we could control ourselves, tagging, searching, and labeling photos quickly and easily. Big timesaver for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I create photo links to send to clients I would like for them to easily scroll and browse photos similar to Google Photos. Google photo album links are a notch above Canto. Also, Google can easily edit and enhance photos and allows me to add verbiage to the share link. If you would like to see an example feel free to email me, and I can send you a sample Google Photo album link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our goal is to paint the picture for the client. To provide them with a real connection to our homes. Canto allows me to easily do this by creating personal share links of photos that are meaningful for my clients. I love that it is web-based and has all of the various features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great service for anyone that needs that third-party help managing photo database, and creating new ways to easily connect with clients.

What do you like best about the product?

Some minor bugs during the implementation process, but all taken care of by the team

It's awesome and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
We used Canto as a trial Digital Asset Management system for a few months. It was really easy to use and user-friendly. I used it in collaboration with our video and social media team to streamline the work of our deliveries within the organization. Once the video or photographers would upload the assets, we would immediately have them available for us to use as design elements for our work. The keyword and tags were especially useful when we were trying to find specific assets for certain jobs. I also loved the suggestions on the tagging as that can become tedious when entering data. I especially liked the version control as that is something all designers struggle with when working with clients. The link-sharing was great to share with our news team and other clients as we prepared assets for certain projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much about the product itself. We only had issues when our servers would go down due to internet outages or IT issues. Also sometimes the internal communication was not the best so the meta-tagging lagged on our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files within the internal team with our news and socials team as well as with some clients so they would be able to select assets to use for their specific projects. This was a wonderful thing because that way we were able to see and assess the amount of assets we had at our disposal for their projects.

Has lots of minor issues that add up over time and make it not very efficient

nice to upload content directly from your phone, transferring content to agencies and coworkers, searching for content

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. No need for training videos or resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is othing missing from this DAM. I love this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto is being used to remove (or filter out) any non-compliant marketing assets to maintain a specific set of brand standards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No need to look any further, because Canto delivers on all aspects of a DAM.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using Image Relay since 2022, and it's one of the best DAM available in the market. The support team is also amazing. I love the fact that it can be access via SSO. We reacently bought their marketing template which is also a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to SSO all the contact gets added only to one permission type which is a bit inconvinient, I prefer to directly allocate the users based on their regions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are storing all our digital asses on Image Relay. It is easy to acces and share both internally and externally.

Easy to find and download photo's needed

It requires proper updating so need strong content managers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has different divisions in different countries so it's so important to have a central hub for all photo's/marketing info.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's such a great resource to have an easy-to-use and central hub with all images/materials. Especially with employees working in different locations or remote.

What do you like best about the product?
Really fast to search for any images. The quality of the product is amazing.The implementation is easy and they helps us doig it step by step and answer all our questions really fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. We have been using Image Relay for a couiple of months now and everything is perfect for us. We are also now starting using ther PIM and it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the pas we were using drives to store our images and it was really slow. We were also havinr problems to share the images with our customer, even inside our own company. Now it take 2 sec and it is done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate. Other company are more expensive for no reasons...

What do you like best about the product?
Canto is super user-friendly and very easy to navigate. I send a lot of product images and Canto has helped streamline the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when you're in a library and you type in a search to find a certain image, it searches all libraries, not just the one you're in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made my life easier to be able to send the setup instructions to customers, etc. to download their images. Canto has saved me a ton of time!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely do it! Canto has given me so much time back in my day-to-day at my job. It's easy to use and efficient.
