Time is money
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive accessibility of product imagery and information streamlines our workflow cross-functionally, saving us hundreds of hours annually. This platform is far superior to anything else out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get the most out of it, we needed a dedicated role to keep things updated and organized. That said, the money we saved streamlining workflow paid for that role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had trouble sharing and updating product information in real-time. Image Relay gave us one source of truth during this rapid growth stage of the company, cutting down on multi-department spin-outs and miscommunication. Coworkers know precisely where they can find the latest information
The single most useful marketing tool for efficient team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The search functionality is top notch. The use of collections and folder structure for effective sharing and communication is incredibly helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides in Image Relay and have been using it throughout my career in different companies starting back when it launched in the 00's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing access levels for anyone from a regional sales rep to a creative director - the organization of the system allows for multiple levels of collaboration. We can share image collections, store final design files, and the availability of the meta data and easy upload interface is top notch.
A Great Time-Saving Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Having all our assets and media available online greatly benefits our school. Now, we can share images and logos with other departments seamlessly and we can share photos with parents and attendees at our events through the Collections tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is not the strongest and has some interesting fields. I find it the least useful tool in Image Relay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay saves me so much time searching for images for other departments as they can search the tool themselves. Our parents and guests are very appreciative of the ability to view and download the photos from our events.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super user-friendly and is easy to upload, download, share, and organize files. I use the "Collections" feature all the time and can easily share files - even from my phone!
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, nothing at this point. It has made my workflow so much more seamless. And once we implemented the process and shared with staff, everyone - yes, everyone - saw how easy it was to use. It's been a major improvement for our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay is solving so many problems for our organization. Before Image Relay - or as I call it, BIM - we had all of our digital assets on a drive accessed by a remote server. When working from home or out of the office, we'd have to access the remote server by logging in and then obtaining access to our assets. The second problem was that we had nearly two decades of files - some that should be trashed, some archived, and a select top-tier 20ish percent that is worth keeping. The organization of these assets was a mess. There were many naming conventions (or no file names to speak of that would identify the asset) and rabbit trails of folders and file structures - all of which were in one person's head who may or may not still be at our organization. Hundreds, if not thousands, of files with names like D0000482, thus there was no way to search out photos by subject/type. With Image Relay, the Librarian, Sophy Bishop, helped us identify process, best practices, and walked us through our game plan on how to tackle the mountain of content before us. Now we have files properly identified by name, tags, location information, usage agreements, expiration dates - everything! It is so much more organized and easy to find assets! It is so easy to access - again, I often do with my phone. And there are even upload links! This is another huge revolution for our org. I have our photographers on retainer upload their photos. They are able to put information in the "metadata" and I get an email alert when they've uploaded. When I say my and our organization's work life has changed, I mean it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. Easy to set up new accounts and restrict what is viewable. Plenty of storage space for large files
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have large files with raw magazine files which are hosted on Image Relay, these are then taken by licensees around the world translated and produced in local language. We also have the digital files which are taken by digital magazine producers to enable us to sell digital copies
I have used it at two companies and have had good experiences.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create a great content library and diversify it so that I can augment it out to different users. I also like the ability to tag images and classify them correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product training, the lack of responses, and the continous generic answers to problems. I think this could be better by adding more experts to your team and not just pushing me off to FAQ's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is soloving my challenges with Digitial Asset Management. I realie there is probably more possiblities, it will take time to figure out more of the features.
Canto is a wonderful photo storage software!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful things about Canto are the ability to store photos in an organized manner and share the images easily across organizations and/or co-workers. Canto has been great so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't personally had any issues using Canto myself in my experience so far with it. I think it's a great storage/organization system for businesses and even for personal use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto is giving my workplace a place to store all of our organization's photography, dating back years and years. It's great that you can even look up a keyword in the search bar and can find related photos as to what you are looking for.
Outstanding customer service from beginning to end.
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, we love Canto's organization systems. It's so convenient to search for the photos we need in multiple ways, since different departments have different priorities. Canto's multi-faceted search options make it easy for everyone to find exactly what they're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only difficulty with Canto is that the user interface can sometimes be a little complicated. This learning curve could be challenging for new users, but the customer assistant was super helpful in explaining it to us during our onboarding, so I don't think it will be a long-term problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto has streamlined the process of searching and implementing photos into our everyday use in a way we couldn't have imagined. The speed and ease of searching for photos makes our workflows much more efficient, contributing significantly to our productivity.

The way it's organized, I feel like I have to click through multiple images before finding the one that I want. It's hard to see everything that matches a search criteria all at once without having to click into folders.
