What do you like best about the product?
Working remotely, our team needs easy access to our media assets, and Canto has provided just that! This has been increased productivity and helps us stay organized as we juggle multiple projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have a hard time creating portals, sharing albums and workspaces. Knowing which to use when has been a sore spot. Also sometimes uploading videos can take forever!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's reducing our need to have multiple HDD drives with us on video shoots. AFter filming, we can come back and upload footage to Canto and that footage can be immediately used by editors back in the office.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how robust the metadata fields are, and the different portals you can create. Also they recently released integration with Canva which is so amazing. I also love the adobe connector!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to sort through assets as you're uploading them, but in speaking with the canto team they have given me some great suggestions on how to offset the work of individually tagging. the bulk metadata editor is life changing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is saving us a ton of time looking and finding assets. It's so helpful to be working right in Canva and be able to access my complete Canto library. We spend less time looking for assets and more time creating cool stuff.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Canto is it's facial recognition and other tagging features for photos, I also like the number of files that can be stored securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface at times can be a bit clunky and slow-moving as compared to other programs, especially when building portals and style guides. I think a drag-and-drop interface would be a huge improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto solves the issue of having an organized and secure place to keep files that are also easily accessible to other members of my organization. This has definitely streamlined the process of accessing files.

What do you like best about the product?
• Quick search response and deep ability to filter results
• Highly customizable structure
• Easy to share assets with internal and external users
What do you dislike about the product?
• Relatively long load times can add up when searching through a large album or long list of search results
• Overall responsiveness to user actions could be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto allows us to neatly organize and centralize all our photography assets. This is critical to our marketing team, which needs quick and efficient access to photography for various projects daily. As a bonus, Canto makes it very easy to share access to our photo library with internal and external constituents.

Great System for Organizing, Storing, and Sharing

What do you like best about the product?
Canto is a searchable storage solution for creatives, archived files, and videos that are all in one place. Easy to use and search, and a great option for sharing larger files with outside firms. It also allows for an easy way to receive files from outside contributors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the cataloging system was a bit more customizable. The directory can be a little bit of a pain point when trying to search for something without typing a keyword - but that's usually the ultimate fix!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team works remotely and having one place for all of us to upload our photos, videos and archived content has streamlined our workflow and allowed us to work more efficiently internally, and with outside partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Previously we had our images scattered around, which made finding photos for designing appeals, etc., difficult. My team loves that there are multiple ways to keep your assets organized! Canto has set metadata fields you can use, but you can also customize your account and create your own metadata fields. Our favorite has to be the facial recognition feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
With Canto, the cost does depend on the number of power users and add-ons. Power users are admin-level users. It would be great to have more than three without additional charge, but it's understandable, considering how valuable the program is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto is solving our image storage problem. Previously we had our images on multiple platforms, and no straightforward way to collect more images from our company's programs. Now we're able to organize and easily find all our images.

What do you like best about the product?
The customization is great. We can set it up however we need it, and update as we go along.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login and request access is difficult when dealing with 100's of consumers. This area needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have employees and retailers from around the country that can't access our internal image server.

Essential Tool For Creative Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
Canto allows me to collaborate effortlessly with my colleagues. As an in-house production team of one, I get to share out my photo and video assets with the marketing team, sales team, and company at large without hassle or duplicated steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still need to use a different application for video review. I do know that this is something the Canto team is working on improving in future rollouts of their software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed one place to both work through approvals/edits on my assets and also host my finalized deliverables. Canto allows for my colleagues to easily search through my creative work using a variety of methods (filters, keywords, tags, etc).

What do you like best about the product?
The storage aspect of Canto has helped our marketing department.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some integration issues, but we are getting them worked out now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto provides a shared place for the entire department to store and tag photos easily. The search function is solid and reliable. We also like the integration with Hootsuite.
