Easy Intrerface
What do you like best about the product?
This is an overall solid platform for digital * media storage for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really have no complaints with Canto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto is a convenient and user friendly digital asset system. Having all of our company's digital and media assets in one spot with easy organization is fantastic.
Solid company with more intuitive UX
What do you like best about the product?
They got our DAM set up quickly, transferring our data in a spreadsheet to tag the images. Also, they didn't exaggerate during the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not cheap, but it is the best value for the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IR is great for having one copy of the images and sharing those across our designers and partners easily. Good security set up.

I really don't have anything negative to say.

10+ years into using Image Relay, and it just keeps getting better!

It doesn't automatically put your folders in alphabetical order.

IR helps us keep track of content to make sure that people are only downloading and using the most up to date pieces.

Image Relay streamlines our internal communication and saves confusion by giving us a single source of truth for all our digital assets. We spend a lot less time emailing and hunting for assets because everything is always in the same place.
Combine that with their product hub, which connects our digital assets with the products they support, and it's a total game changer. Marketing Delivery helps get products to market faster, expands our network by letting us tailor product specs to different retailers, lets us update specs and add new products in just a few clicks, and helps us focus on growth instead of just getting through the day.
Their staff is always available and ready to support us with whatever we need.

Nothing, it's all been great so far. Easy to use, easy to update, and a great staff to work with.

Helping us sync up the DAM and PIM parts of our business.

What do you like best about the product?
As a graphic designer, I appreciate the thorough tagging and organinizing capabilities. It makes looking for the images I need much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to download images with one click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing content and images in a place that is good for collaboration.
Easy and efficient to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The piece I use the most is sending our design files to outside print vendors, and Image Relay makes this incredibly easy to send and receive files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only think of one thing at this point: editing files or documents. The file would need to be downloaded to edit and then uploaded again to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to share final documents with other areas/teams in the company.
Really value Canto and love the support!
What do you like best about the product?
It has cut out the middleman and creates less friction for the company to get the tools they need to do their jobs done faster. I also love that it's a visual lookbook of the company's journey. It's provided us with a safe way to share tools, documentation, and videos to the right people. I like the tagging system, relative files and facial recognition. Leo has been tremendously helpful and it's never 'work' to meet with him and see what's new with Canto. I also respect how there seems to be a resource for every question I have - that takes a lot of work to create and make available!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not something I dislike, just something I am waiting for. I would love to use Canto more via Adobe Illustrator or InDesign, to add a vector, maybe even edit - but there is a ticket for it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said, taking out the middleman and the team can now take the initiative to visually find items they need and discover new items they didn't know about via our portal!
Canto has been a great platform for our company to build out our DAM
What do you like best about the product?
The many ways you can use the software. Not only do we use it as a DAM... but it's also great for keeping track of file version numbers for ads and catalogs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Price of course. In this economy, who isn't going to complain about price? I do think it's worth it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small Marketing team... but we are spread out nationwide. Canto allows us to send each other files and share assets, create collections, track version numbers, and so much more.
Best DAM company, ever!
What do you like best about the product?
The Image Relay platform is continually being upgraded to provide better services while maintaining ease of use. Customer service is excellent, and they are a mission-driven B Corp.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a thing that I dislike about Image Relay.

Image Relay is making it easy to share our digital assets internally and externally, helping us keep everything organized, searchable, and up to date!
