Canto rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
Canto has helped our organiztion streamline our workflow and we have barely scratched the surface of what it is capabale of. The ease at which you can create portals is amazing and one of the better features.
What do you dislike about the product?
No outstanding downsides to working with Canto as of yet. Would like to see some sort of integration with outside users scoring or ranking images, but realize we may be alone in needing this type of feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto is helping us solve the problem of providing content and assets to many people across different platforms and skill levels, while providing custom fields and information along side the asset itself.
So happy we have a place to store all our photos in a Smart platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to search for objects, facial recognition, having all our organzations photos in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes page is slow to load, I cant add to shared collections, I cant delete from a share link
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the creative dfirector I didnt have access to all the organization's photos becuase they were on different servers, now I can easily access all photos for PR marketing and graphic design needs

SEAMLESS MANAGMENT AND DELIVERY OF DIGITAL ASSETS ACROSS ALL CHANNELS AND CATEGORIES WE WORK IN.
Good but could be better
What do you like best about the product?
After the intial learning curve, the system is pretty easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search system is very confusing to use. There's no way to directly search the indd documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto is our primary asset management system.
I use Canto for an advertising media.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate. I can easily find the product information that I need to complete the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slower than previous systems I have used. It disconnects from the servers at random that can be frustrating as I work on time sensitive projects.

I am able to use all comonents necessary to complete the work I do.

Canto is a great digital asset management solution for our company.
What do you like best about the product?
Canto is very user friendly. I like how you are able use the search bar to do a document text search to quickly find what i am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
When searching in Canto connector it would be helpful to have a filter option so it would filter out pdf's and indesign files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto replaced our previous program that was no longer supported inorder to keep our desing components safe for years to come.
Product Information Management and Digital Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
I manage a busy creative agency and Image Relay has truly transformed the way we manage our digital assets. The user interface is user friendly and incredibly intuitive so our teams can organize, search, and retrieve our extensive media library. The customizable metadata options have been a game-changer, allowing us to tag and categorize assets. Image Relay’s customer support is truly the best. Very responsive and they’re always ready to assist and ensure we make the most of the platform's capabilities. Our clients love it too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I dislike. I am just looking forward to using their product hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay has effectively resolved our previous challenges of disorganized and scattered digital assets. Everything is in one place and easy to share. There are no more images on Google Drives or sending Dropbox files with expired links or sharing large files over emails. We now have a centralized hub where all our files are organized and easily accessible for all of us to share. This has not only saved us countless hours searching for assets, but has also elevated and enhanced our collaboration. The robust categorization and tagging capabilities ensure that everyone has access to the most up-to-date assets. NO MORE OUTDATED ASSETS! Image Relay's comprehensive solution has significantly enhanced our workflow efficiency and empowered us to manage our deliverables in a more streamlined manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great!
It is a good central place to store files and encourage salesman to share images from sites
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to upload images and share with colleagues
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no Andoid app and it's not fully integrated with Wordpress in terms of feature images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to store all our files in a central location and mitigates revision issues.
