Image Relay has increased our productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay makes finding assets extremely easy. With our previous system, our team was spending too much time looking for photos and assets. With Image Relay, everything is organized and easily searchable.
We also love the quick link function. We can easily and efficiently send assets from our library to anyone, inside and outside of the company.

What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup is time-consuming when you have a lot to upload but it is worth it to take the time and organize your library from the very beginning. Our librarian was very helpful with this step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay solves the problem of wasted time looking for photos and assets. Since switching to Image Relay, our team has spent less time looking for assets and more time using them. We are overall more productive and complete work faster.
Top notch digital asset library system
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate and manage. Searching and filtering is quite poweful. Very easy to train others in using it. Collections feature extremely useful. Responsive customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only admins can make changes/updates to image metadata/tags. Lacks drag and drop file management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our library used to consist of folders on a server. Image Relay brought metadata and tagging to the table. It immediately helped us organize our vast library of images.
User Friendly DAM For All
What do you like best about the product?
We use Image Relay for both internal sharing for files, images and videos as well as external sharing for photo and video assets. It is so smooth and easy to use for everyone within our company. As the main account person, I appreciate that I don't have to answer many questions about using it because it is so user-friendly. The tagging and search functions are so helpful as well as the easy few-click share option. Overall this platform has changed the way we share files and assets for the better! Not to mention, this platform is super affordable!
What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging and sharing is a little complicated sometimes. I would assume this will continue to get better as time goes on. Sometimes we want to share specific images from a collection which is not a possibility at this time. At this time, I don't have any other negatives about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to keep all the assets on one person's external hard drive. IR gives everyone at our company access to most assets at all times along with the ability to share and search!
Great photo management
What do you like best about the product?
Image relay is robust allowing our team a variety of ways to use our thousands of images for both marketing and sales. The platform is also very intuitive and easy to use which is helpful when you are working with large teams. We've seamlessly integrated the program with tools we use regularly such as canva which is a huge help. The customer support team is great - we actually switched to Image Relay from one of their competitors because of the customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using it for about eight months and have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is a design firm that has thousands of images that need to be used for both marketing and sales. Before switching to Image Relay from GoogleDrive we were not able to tap into the full potential of our own assets.
Easy to organize assets and share out to retailers
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of organizing a large amount of assets and allow different permission levels, Searching by tags, ability to link assets in two places, ITPC details and asset usage data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Parts of Image Relay tend to be glichy on occation; when renaming files the page tends to blink or go completely white, downloading images via email sometimes does not work and searching for users/permissions could be more streamlined.

Allowing our retailers and internal staff to easily access assets and cataloging our images.

We did not have a digital asset tool. Now with Image Relay we are getting organized and providing an easy access to our assets.

Great Platform for Digital Assets
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is intuitive and straightforward. Our team was able to transfer our files from our previous DAM and implement an entirely new protocol in a matter of weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a single side of Image Relay that does not work for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay allowed us to streamline our assets and share them with our partners seamlessly. Organizing, accessing and searching have all become optimized far beyond our expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily share our creative assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping things organized. We have a lot of folders no, so sometimes it's difficult to find specific folders or assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IR helps us to have a place where all staff has access to the files they need to do there work as well as the ability to easily share creative assets with outside personnel.
Assets are being used, not forgotten!
What do you like best about the product?
Image relay is extremely intuitive and easy to use. It has been helpful for all team members regardless what their role is and how they interact with assets. We haven't had to spend any time "training" because it is so easy to use. Whereas Salsify, we have had extensive training and are still not giving access to other employees quite yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that has been disappointing with Image relay is the Adobe plugin. It did not work as well as we anticipated and we ended up uninstalling the plugin because it was popping all the time while we were designing. We haven't tried it again but will likely install in the near future as I know there have been some updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a TON of digital assets both photo and video mainly for lifestyle. In the past, after a photoshoot there were so many photos it was very difficult to go through them and figure out what we have and how we can use them for campaigns. Now as soon as a photoshoot is over, we have images uploaded and tagged with product info, environment, related holidays...etc. This makes designing so much easier and feels like we have our own stock image library that is easy to seach and find exactly what we need. We store our graphics deliverables in image relay as well so it is easy to see what we have done and tagging images makes it easy to know if we have already used an asset.
Great tool for brands
What do you like best about the product?
It's like a better designed Google Drive on steroids. It's a great way to not only organize and store files, but to help define how and when to use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding metadata can be a bit tedious, but it's worth it for functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It puts all my client's brand assets in one place and helps us to maintain brand consistency across the board. No more hunting through a combination of Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion, and Slack for assets.
