Love Canto!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the portals and the upload links feature. We recently launched Canto in our school and it has worked well so far with the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website could use better step by step instruction and guides. I wish that consumer users could upload and create their own content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
makes it easier to distribute assets and obtain them using the upload links and portals. It is easier to find content

Safe and Reliable Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's accessible at my work place, which is important because as a medical institution, we have lots of firewalls. This is a friendly tool to use with the in-house team and external vendors. It also feels safe and easy to implement/start using it. It has multiple features other sites don't offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to use for most people, but some might still struggle finding some tools, like where to delete images, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the accessibility issues. No more firewall problems! I also like to get notifications about changes, dupes, etc.

Its what every Social Media Manager is missing...

What do you like best about the product?
If you are a social media manager you have to use this platform. It out competes all other data management competitors on the market. I've been able to leverage Image Relay to create a process for sourcing user generated content that makes it efficient enough to publish 365 days out of the year.

In the last 2.5 years our brands organic social media has been able to outperform much larger outdoor industry competitors because it minimizes the time it takes to acquire content. It's as simple as sending a link, communicating your objective and executing your plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't an affordable price point offering for smaller buisnesses and independent contractors to buy in at. If you had a larger sample size of social media managers like myself using the platform, i'm confident your buisness would pick up, and your platform would grow. Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive, and all other comparable services make it extremely challenging to aquire content. It's a massive hurtle for someone in my position.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Realy allows me to instantly communicate my content aquisition goals, and immediately recieve the content . It's difficult for professional photographers, videographers, or everyday people to send you what they've captured. Whether it's on their phone or on their desktop, Image Relay has changed the game.

The upload link feature is critical. I can easily walk someone through the process and while I'm on the phone talking to them, I can explain the process, and what the content populate in an organized folder. Everytime I walk someone through my process they comment on how easy it is. I struggled with aquiring content through Dropbox or Google Drive before I learned how to use the feature.

Comprehensive + Intuitive + User Friendly Interface= Image Relay

What do you like best about the product?
There are many helpful aspects about Image Relay, but the few I'd like to highlight are our onboarding process, the customized tagging and the user interface.
Our onboarding process was extremely smooth, welcoming and comprehensive. Image Relay had conversations with us to understand our needs and tailor our membership. They were thoughtful about which features would serve us best and we feel very supported in using Image Relay in a flexible manner going forward.
Being able to tag images and videos is perfect for non profit events and campaigns. It is easy to tag things and come back to them without feeling disorganized. As a member of the communications team, I use Image Relay weekly if not daily.
Lastly, the interface is extremely user friendly, so interns and consultants alike have no trouble accessing shared folders and finding the content they need in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have not experienced a feature of Image Relay that has not been helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the process of keeping digital assets organized, easily identifiable and sharable.

Powerful Asset Management Platform

What do you like best about the product?
It has a comprehensive user interface and powerful features for storing multiple types of assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks a photo selection workflow that allows users within different departments to interact around a group of photos and be able to pick on the best option based on a spec.

Assets storage, clasification, management and sharing to external customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to export images in different sizes and formats is extremely helpful. Searching by keywords is also useful when looking for specific items in our images library.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had the capability to export in additional formats other than .jpg and .png.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Retail locations needed quick access to additional product images to present to customers. Image Relay allows us to show customers what our furniture looks like in different woods and in more detail. Showrooms can make collections and provide a link for customer viewing.

Canto makes it easy

What do you like best about the product?
In my role managing blog and other asset content, I'm always working with our design team, requesting new graphics, leaving feedback on pieces, searching for suitable stock photos. Canto makes it easy for our team to manage version control (no uploading drafts), share feedback and find the right graphics in an organized place. Canto is also great because we can easily share content outside our team and, if necessary, our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times I'll get lost looking for finished assets in the "for review" section of our instance. But this can be easily corrected by just going to your company's home page!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto helps us share content internally and externally, control the review process and ensure version control. It also provides our team with easy to navigate storage for our library of stock photos and other design elements. This saves our team time and frustration, in addition to making previously unpredictable review processes easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Cantos search features are my favorite. Usually I just need to find head shots or collateral but it is very each to find

The filter options can sometimes be overwhelming but that's just due to me being a newer user

It helps us keep our content organized over multiple levels. It was very hard to do that before.

What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay's secure database has been incredibly useful with our industry standards. Logging in via SSO has made it easy for us to share materials internally and with our customers. Having customizable folders for different users is very helpful.

We also appreicate the ability to sort and archive materials with tags and metadata; which has made our library accessible to different divisions and branches within our organization. This has become a well-integrated feature for our marketing team to share materials.

The usefulness of downloading high-quality imagery is also another great feature. Being able to easily share and distribute photographs and graphics without sacrificing quality is very important.

Kickoff and initial implementation has been effortless, allowing employees to access the databases with ease. The Image Relay team has helped us tremendously, and the customer support has been more than adequate with any integration issues we faced. Many of our employees use Image Relay weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not encountered many things that we dislike about Image Relay. It really has been a great and useful tool for our company. I wouldn't mind being able to manually organize/drag photographs for a more curated folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company did not have a great solution for archiving approved imagery. Our servers did not have the ability to add searchable metadata or previews of imagery. We greatly appreciate the ability to seek imagery for distribution.
