i relay enjoy your image management!
What do you like best about the product?
where do i begin? as a photo retoucher i deal with a multitude of ftps and asset management sites and Image relay is by far my favorite, easy search function, clear download instructions, whats not to like?
What do you dislike about the product?
no complaints. i really think that imagerelay is the optimum FTP
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use imagerelay to gather vendor images of products to lighten the load of things my team needs to photograph in house to sell on our retail site.
Great digital asset management solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to implement, easy to train people on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integrations (Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Drive); does not track which registered users accessed quick links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a central brand asset library for logos, templates, images, and collateral. In implementing ImageRelay, it has become so much easier to share templates and other assets with the staff to increase overall brand implementation.
More powerful than just an image library
What do you like best about the product?
ImageRelay is so adaptable that we have been able to use it to communicate sales reports to reps & specs to vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had one issue with the system, there is a work around to it, and it is really unique to our instance & use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We replaced an FTP for reports & reduced our internal server needs.

The ability to control levels of access.

Would like more fine grained user access control and the ability to create more varied user classes

Making a large collection images available to our client

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can send out shareable links to documents rather than downloading them, adding to a message, and then having your recipient upload it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes awhile to setup and tag everything appropriately. You cannot have multiple people in a document making simultaneous changes. Difficult for real-time collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to have all our graphic assets housed in one place and nice to be able to determine how often assets are utilized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Determine if you need to be able to collaborate in real time and/or if you just need to store files or also links to various documents/information.
Very friendly tool. - Keep our files well done organized.

The organization and the fact that I can share a library inside and outside my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike. All the tolls works percectly to myself and to the company I work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past we had a lot of people saving files and images at their own desktops. So we never know what is the most updated image. Now using a unique server to save all the files we can assure the imegs and logos we are working are the most updated ones.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user friendly and simple to work with. The download links are also easy to share and there is no max size restrictions.

It really suits my needs - really enjoy using this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized the format is for ImageRelay to gather the certain photos I need to create flyers for my team. As well as, the multiple options of photo quality that is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike when everything you need is organized in a format for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems that I'm solving with Image Relay is a organized place for my self and team to access files/photos for our company at any time of the day when needed to help provide success in our regions.
Great platform for storing and sharing digital material!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you are able to search for content by drilling down through folders, but also through the Search function, to bring up many possibilities and collections of what you are looking for. I also love the sharing capabilities. It is easy to share content, and there are a few helpful options to do so. It is great to be able to customize view/download permissions, as well as create links or e-mails right from Image Relay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though I love the ability to search, it is a drag to enter all of the tags for each piece of content. It is a little time consuming, especially if someone forgets or doesn't have time to enter at the time of upload, and then someone needs to go through and spend a lot of time finding and tagging images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of our digital content in one place is very helpful. We don't have to have material scattered and risk using a non-recent version. We have everything we need in one place, and it can be easily accessed, updated, and shared from Image Relay.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great platform, especially for an organization with remote employees. Be prepared to build tagging into uploading images. It will save you time and be a great help for searching in the future.
Awesome product to facilitate collaboration on projects
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is so easy to use that those who may not be tech savvy are still able to log in and access the materials that they need with minimal support necessary. HUGE storage capabilities. SUPER easy to share important materials for a wide-spread marketing team. This service allows us to house all of the necessary materials in one location. Rather than digging through three different share servers, we are no able to grab everything that we need to compile a project from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only way for it to be better is if it could bake warm cookies and spit them out of the CD-ROM drive I no longer use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-collaboration among multiple departments. Sharing imagery in real time cutting back on time spent waiting for materials to be delivered. Storage of all things necessary for a project in one location.
