Great asset to image management
What do you like best about the product?
I typically need to allow people access to only a few photos instead of our entire library. By creating a catalog and sharing, it's an easy way to allow them to utilize the photos I've dedicated just for them while managing their use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to be able to scroll through the entire library in one click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, sharing images while managing use has been a major benefit. It's also nice to create catalogs from all of our folders that can be used for generic purposes and sent out as needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use image management system. Image Relay has really allowed us to streamline our processes as well store our images in an easy to use, easy to find, and easy to manage system.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to provide customers with easy access to Images and Catalogs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company has elected to not make all images available on the Image Relay. This creates issues when a customer needs a Lifestyle image that is only accessible through another drive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Image Relay allows customers to access Images without sending in a specific request. This saves time and delays in getting images to customers.
Amazing storage and organization
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, easy to navigate and find what you're looking for!
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little difficult to figure out how to build collections - but now that I know how, I use it all the time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its used as a single database for 80+ sales people to search, download and share information from our company.
Asset Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
The up to date one stop shop for supplier assets! Locating and downloading everything I need to build marketing plans for my supplier partners have been simplified exponentially with Image Relay. Also I like the sharing function to quickly get assets to others without having to download first.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the user interface update everything works more intuitively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating up to date product assets from supplier to wholesaler to retail. Time savings are the real benefit I know that the assets I'm using are up to date and I no longer have to hunt and validate that what I have is the most recent.
Excellent and keeps improving!
What do you like best about the product?
Brings desktop level asset management to the web.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's web-based so there can be delays for connection speed and it's buggier than a desktop app. Just be sure to "save" early and often when adding assets and managing collections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the photographer: Much quicker image delivery after a shoot and much easier to find archived content.
For the extended team: The ability to access a huge library without help from photographer.

I love how easy it is to download my documents! It makes my work life so much easier by being able to access my images and resources! It also downloads super fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I love it! Image Relay continues to be easy and amazing to use! Thank you for simplifying the process!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had no issues and have loved being able to access my images on the go at anytime! I appreciate the organization and the ease of using the system. I would say just the search engine could be a little more precise.

Great way to stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
Been using ImageRelay for years. It helps keep our media organized for a large company, allowing for multiple personnel to access, without any worry on my end. I also use it for other companies to access their assets when co-branding/promoting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to be a bit of a delay when I access from PC, but when using a Mac, no delay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interdepartmental collaboration, ease of delegation, and I can free up space on my server.
Great piece of software for managing images, video and files
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set levels of access to different folders for users and clear navigation structure
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer to able to drag and drop files into folers without needing to click 'upload' but that's a minor complaint

We use it round the globe for access to our materials and set access permissions based on global need.

Wonderful Asset Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's super helpful to have a clean, highly organizable repository for our company brand assets. I love that I can create and compile my own groupings of assets and share them with freelancers. It's a great resource!
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't share a whole folder—only individual files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One organized place to store all of our assets and easily and securely share them with people. We save time since people can self serve what they need and we don't have to spend as much time tracking things down.
