Very easy to use and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to use, user-friendly interface
- Seach function also searches through uploaded PDF files
- Uploading/Providing different versions (PDF, JPG, Source file folder, etc.) of one asset

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing everything works perfect for me. The only thing you can improve is when I download a large photo it takes a long time to complete. but other than this I like Image Relay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Share final assets and source files in between the design team as well as with colleagues from other departments or agencies

Approachable and Efficient Service!
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who has never used a system specifically designed for data asset management, I find Image Relay's team approachable and available and its interface efficiently run, not intimidating, and easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that every so often we run into slight buggy issues using the website. I am able to discuss any issues with my librarian who is very available and willing to help though, so I wouldn't say my team has any true dislikes at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is now able to pull and share assets in a way that before left us disorganized and out of sync with each other. The anxiety of someone accidentally relocating, saving over, or deleting a file is gone because of this system. Image Relay helps others help themselves instead of relying on one keeper of assets within our marketing department.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Begin organizing your assets prior to implementing the system. Knowing exactly how our asset folders would function ahead of upload made the implementation process a breeze. I would also recommend assessing file names to make sure that they efficiently identify the product that they name.
Great way to store and search photos!
What do you like best about the product?
The simple design and intuitive interface of Canto makes archiving and retrieving images or other documents quick and easy. When onboarding images, take the time to properly tag everything so finding specific photos later on will be easy. Once you begin typing a tag into the search filter, images will begin to quickly populate the desktop are of Canto's user interface. Despite being an online archive, thumbnails appear faster than if I were simply browsing my PC using Windows Explorer!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little slow to upload or file away images when onboarding. Also, when organizing folders or albums the software occasionally gets hung up and displays an error message which tells you files are still moving in the background but you may continue to work. If you go back later to check on things, all data eventually gets placed exactly where you intended so it's just a matter of waiting for them to appear where they're supposed to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized image gallery for our organization is an excellent way to share images across the organization. Various departments can now collaborate much more easily when sharing large amounts of data such as high res photos which can be cumbersome to email back and forth and the amount of time saved can hardly be understated!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having your photos relatively organized ahead of time will make onboarding images easier to file away.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to navigate Image Relay, name because of it's search function. Can always find what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consistently have to hit agree again to new terms after I log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has employees spread across the United States and we can all have the same information at the drop of a dime. Image Relay helps all of us work quickly and efficiently on our own.

Simple and easy to use - great for brand managers
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is a very simple to use tool. As a brand manager who specifically uses it for downloads, I enjoy that it is easy to navigate and that you can bundle multiple files to download at once. I've also heard from my creative team that it is easy to upload files as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I need to give a reason for my download every time I download something
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting both high res and low res files to send to customers or use for decks without constantly requesting them from our creative team.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Image Relay very regularly in addition to many other similar products. It is SUPER EASY to find, filter, and drill down to what I need quickly and easily. Huge life-saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can not think of anything I dislike about Image Relay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Image Relay as a graphic designer - I create persuasive presentations utilizing high-resolution images. Many of the vendors I work with and need images from either have no hosting solution or a very poor method of distributing the graphics I need. I often need to find a single color in many product styles and really enjoy not having to search manually!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will not regret using Image Relay - whether just a few or many users will utilize the product, I would say it is a very worthy investment. Coming from someone who has to wade through thousands of images each week, this is a proper solution!

What do you like best about the product?
Adding and sharing files to Canto is quick and easy. I love that files can be downloaded immediately, no matter how large the file may be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to add files to folders without having to create an album first. This would save a little time and make the uploading process a bit smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Canto, files are accessible immediately and this has helped create a smoother workflow for me and my colleagues.

I like the ease of use. The navigation is very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you need to have separate albums within folders. It means there is an extra step to get to the files you need to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of sharing data amongst different departments in our company, as well as with our retailers.
Best DAM solution I've found
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay's plans are generous and ideal for a medium-sized (and expanding) business. There's not much need to worry about number of assets, image sizes, etc. Image Relay's capacity is robust and leaves nothing to be desired, even on a "base" plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a few small interface hiccups, but the Image Relay team is quick to respond to support requests and fixes things quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distributing assets to all of our independent sales reps and wholesale accounts has never been easier. One benefit we've realized is being able to update an asset to a new version and instantly distribute it to all recipients that have access to Image Relay.
Instant - Supportive - Engaging
What do you like best about the product?
When I joined I watched as a colleague downloaded images to hard drives to send around the world. Within a few hours, I started to build a great Image Relay portal for our customers all around the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
The great firewall of China - not IR's fault just the only place we had any problems with.
