User-friendly solution for sharing creative assets
What do you like best about the product?
The entire platform is designed to be very simple and intuitive. The navigation and search tools make it easy to find the creative assets you need quickly. Works great for photos, video, text documents - you name it. Then just add the bits you need to a collection to share with other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't come up with any complaints.......
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing large files back and forth is an everyday part of any marketing job these days. There are lots of tools out there and I've used most of them. Image Relay seems to be one of the better ones.
Easy Easy Easy for Any User
What do you like best about the product?
As a rep, I can access all the assets I need easily. There was no learning curve...I just went in and grabbed what I needed. (And I've used Image Relay for a couple of brands). I can also share easily with my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small thing - but I wish I could name my download folders. As it is, it just names them "Image Relay Download yyyy-mm-dd". A small thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great way to give access to company files to external users.

I enjoy enjoy that Image Relay is so seamless and simple, its easy to use, and fast to learn!

I haven't found anything I dislike about the programme so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We deal a lot with international companies and its just quick and easy to copy and paste the link into the email and allow the person on the other end to find exactly the page you are needing them to find. They can upload everything in one place and immediately find what they are looking for. I really having Image Relay as a useful tool in finding what i need , and quickly!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the interface. It's easy to use and understand, and helps us manage all our visual assets in a safe and secure way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually don't have any issues with Image relay so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use image relay to share our visual assets, ads, promotional materials etc. across the company with everyone that needs them. We can even share a folder of materials with a contractor, limiting their access while still providing them with what they need.
Great solution for a complex problem
What do you like best about the product?
Our company needed a DAM solution that required users to fill out a form before downloading each asset. Image relay had this feature and also offered an incredibly reasonable price. Using Image relay is simple and strait forward. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a solid DAM solution
What do you dislike about the product?
Users are able to click and drag assets off of the platform thus avoiding analytics tracking and form requirements. I'm unsure if this is a prevalent practice but i wish there was a way to lock down assets in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization has over 30,000 members and 100+ partners who need access to forms, PDFs, logo images, and general marketing materials. Image relay has been a huge improvement over our previous system. We can now upload, monitor, and analyze which assets are going where.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive function. Easy to roll-out. Quickly adopted by users in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature I hope they add is ability to easily copy and paste folder structures. This would be handy for companies managing multiple brands, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One central location for marketing and sales assets. Ability for admin to control user access to assets and streamlined sharing of assets and information.
Immage and contents folder for any use.

It's perfect for every image or contents of your organisation. You can easily divide by families and groups your files and reach them from everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times it's little bit low in downloading files, but as you recharge the page everything returns to work.

I've a share place where i can easily put my file. Anyone can see it, or downloading it without wasting time. There is everything you need, everywhere you want.

not much, it was difficult to use and timed out when uploading large files. Had difficulty in downloading

Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about image relay is that this makes it super easy for my team to organize our files. not only that but it' super easy to share the files with anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
one thing I dislike is that sometimes if I ask my team to replace a file with a new one the image still looks like the old file. I've had to have my team in the past just remove the file and add a new file.

This site makes it easy for all of our network to have access to our files in one location.
A handy tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to share and access images and documents without having to share complete library, different options for file sizes and editable images and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really stands out, pretty happy overall.
