User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the bulk upload function and the search function.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something, I might say that organizational hierarchy could be more simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing imagery across departments and outside of the organization has been much simpler with image relay.
Easy and Versatile
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create collections that you can share with clients and/or colleagues. I am always using it to provide my clients with marketing images that pertain to my products. Plus the organization aspect of it is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it does everything that I need it to. If there is anything that doesn't function exactly as I wish, it is likely original user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing I use it for is sharing files and imagery with colleagues across the globe. Additionally, I make collections for my different products that I can share with my clients.

Very handy tool! I would highly recommend using this software for image management.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use internally within our company and with clients, partners and photographers. Very clean and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I have all positives, there are a couple small nuances that would make it work better for our company like I would love to be able to archive folders/images so they don't come up in search but we can also keep on file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image and content organization, and share ability across departments, and with partners is so easy with Image Relay!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great asset management system, definitely worth demoing if you are in the market to make sure it's a good fit for you. They are always willing to work with you to create a product that's best for you!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how organized the images are because they can easily be found. I really like that you can share select folders of images internally or outside of the company. This feature is awesome when working with outside vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search option can definitely be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the ability to share images with outside vendors, I can be so much more productive. This feature has been key.
Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using the Image Relay because it makes it so much easier to do my job as a graphic designer. All the images I need are right there and easy to download any time I need it, day or night.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish perhaps the search function was a little better (more specific tags perhaps) but besides that, it's perfect for what I need it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a LOT of time. I have a lot of experience with having to chase down images and high resolution photos from people, and this cuts all that time and stress out of my day.

Efficient and Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay makes it really easy to organize large numbers of images, keep track and share them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to wait for emails notifying me that a large folder of images is ready to be downloaded instead of just going ahead and downloading them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an easy way to organize a large number of images with a variety of different groups: sales, marketing, customers and media. This tool has made it easy to sort and organize images by project and allows different users their own access.
Perfect Platform for storing Information
What do you like best about the product?
We use Image Relay as a learning resource at a medium sized company. It allows us to easily navigate and educate ourselves on documents we upload and share new findings with each other.
The search function and ease of upload are also vital to the user experience and have always worked flawlessly for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
For what I use Image Relay as I do not have any problems in functionality or navigation. It performs very well for the function that is required of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Image relay it was difficult to educate and share ideas within the various departments at the company. Image Relay has been able to provide a platform for this issue to be solved completely. Productivity and knowledge has directly increased as a result of this.

What do you like best about the product?
LIke the way we can organize the files in a sensible way and the downloading is quick! I also like the search function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike with Imagerelay. We like it very much.

Sharing multiple large files across different regions of the world. Posting and sharing is easy and convenient.
Batch Editing and good interface!

The ease of batch editing, and having employees directly upload and tag

The workflow sometimes seems a bit awkward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our server was getting inundated with photos that we unsearchable and the backlog was ever growing. This stopped the backlog and allows our photos to be searchable.

Do the work to set it up right before jumping in. It will help a lot.
