Easy Access
What do you like best about the product?
The download options for file size/resolution
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues or noticed anything that would need changed.

Seamless sharing of images among a variety of offices and locations

it's easy to use and straightforward. love its browsing tool on my phone, an ability to share link or download it on my device, the ability to share with others. T
What do you dislike about the product?
too many steps- example -filling out information when downloading a file?? I can't figure out why I can't share certain folders
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems so far except the one above.
System is well laid-out
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to drill down to the proper type of graphics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not simple enough to download original resolution images or vector graphic files (.eps, .ai etc.) I will always want those as I'm in technical documentation. It requires sending an email to get full-res imagery.

Makes common images available to everyone.

Organize and upload as many company and licensed images as possible.

There is nothing I can of now. Everything is smooth and as expected.

Trying to create a gallery that will be easily accessible for employees.

I have experienced a slower load time, but that depends on what I folder I select.

Being able to access the files from this company allows me to create sellsheets for our sales reps to efficiently represent their products.
Fast viewing and downloads. Easy to use!

It's so easy to navigate through massive image files as I've been putting together multiple catalogs. Was previously using a hard drive, but this is so much easier to use, download comps, and then download high-res files in a snap

Hard to say at this point, it's been all positive

Quick turnaround with many print deliverables.
New and improved ease of use is tremendous
What do you like best about the product?
The most recent version of Image Relay helps me get the images and files I need quickly. Using either the side drop down menu or the main screen is quite simple. The current version has zero lag which helps me pull up files for download quickly on the go. Previous versions weren't as seamless.
Additionally, the search bar is accurate when searching through hundreds of files that often have odd names. On top of that, the general file capacity of Image Relay is great because with as my company grows, the depth of the information we need to store in the program only gets more dynamic.
Ultimately, as an outside sales person who does work remotely from my corporate office, Image Relay helps me stay connected to files that are important to my day to day functions.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any aspects that I dislike, however a timeline of when new files are added would be a nice addition for users who frequently check in for updated content. Some of the files my company adds look new, but tend to be rehashed. A timeline could add to the already easy to use platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed, speed, speed. As an outside salesman, its often required that I make a sales pitch in a small time frame. By having quick access to images and sales sheets I can help relay messages to my clients faster than before. Anything that can help me close a sale faster is a benefit to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the customer service. They are responsive and well in-tune to what the user needs.
Great platform for file sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Our team is rather large and spread out across several geographies -- Image Relay makes it easy to share important files and photos with the entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Re-organization is difficult -- for example, if a file is uploaded to the wrong location it is quite a process to relocate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It meets our needs in the digital marketing arena by allowing my team to share content on a larger scale.

I like the search feature and the overall interface. I want to explore more ways to us it.

Sometimes the folders are unclear and hard to manage

Being able to send large files around and just having them all in one place. I also like being able to choose which resolution you want to downloaad.

I like how anyone, evento ir it's the first time, can use it without any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike os there's no app yet.

I've been solving a lot of problems, including the possibilite to create different permissions by user.
