Great, user-friendly database for storing images
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find everything and with options to download in numerous file formats and sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
No serious issues. I have however only ever taken images from image relay. I have no experience of importing and/or setting up an image relay portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Downloading images for both e-commerce product photography and printed marketing materials.
Awesome Asset Organizer/Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to keep everything organized, quickly upload content, and catalog everything for easy searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge fan of the video display. I feel as though the video also doesn't show up very sharp and looks like it isn't HD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy organization with clients.

Great resource for image & content management. Keeps things easy, clean & hassel free.

Not much really, perhaps a more targeted search feature (filters?)

Allows for huge amounts of images to be stored & shared easily between team members.
Image Relay: Convenient, Organized, and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite aspects of Image Relay is the Collections tool. I often need to pull assets from multiple different folders that are housed in various locations within the site. Image Relay makes it extremely easy to pull pictures and videos into one ready-to-go collection folder. Moreover, it's quick and easy to either download that collection and/or send the entire collection folder to anyone inside or outside of your party. If a co-worker needs and image, I know exactly where to find it and Image Relay makes it super easy to share with no issues. I also enjoy the fact that external contacts who don't have an account or access to Image Relay can still receive images to download.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once and awhile I find that images are expired and no longer downloadable. I would recommend deleting these expired images so they don't clutter folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often need to use Image Relay to house multiple different styles of images and videos of our companies products. Because our company has such a large portfolio of different products, that means there needs to be highly efficient and effective organization to house all of the assets - Image Relay does an outstanding job at organizing all of our pictures and product shots and they also make is super convenient to find.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend this service! Especially to companies with large amount of product images and assets. Very convenient and highly effective in organizing everything properly and accurately. Can confidentially say that Image Relay saves headaches that other similar services has caused me in the past...
Easy and organized
What do you like best about the product?
How quick and easy everything is. I can find exactly what I am looking for within seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints at this time. I have found everything I needed so far using it.

It allows my team to stay organized and offices across the country to access organized content and easy downloads.
Image Relay has been a great asset to us in organizing all our media collateral.
What do you like best about the product?
The streamlined design and ease of use. Overall it is a great platform to use if one is looking to store a lot of files in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are system glitches and errors that make uploading material inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A primary business problem we are solving with Image Relay is avoiding keeping material in different platforms and places and instead using Image Relay to serve as a hub for said material.
Canto makes Digital Asset Management a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Canto has made sharing various assets such as images, videos, and designs easier than our previous solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial onboarding and setup did take some time. However, maintaining our assets is very easy compared to previous solutions where we had assets scattered across multiple platforms such as dropbox, email, messenger, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously did not have a good way of sharing assets of individual skus with various vendors and customers. Canto makes it easy to customize what each of these people see, rather than forcing them to dig through files they do not need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth trying out to see if it fits your needs.
Using CANTO as our primary DAM
What do you like best about the product?
We currently use Flight by Canto as our Digital Asset Management System, holding all internal and external collateral - documents, photos, and videos. It's been great to have one single location to look for all of our assets, and be able to search through meta data if we don't know file names.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we dislike is that the user flow isn't necessarily intuitive, and it takes some training to get our internal users ready to use without supervision. It's also somewhat frustrating that any assets uploaded to an upload link are automatically assigned as uploaded by the creator of the link instead of an external user being assigned a name (no way to tell who uploads what).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we're solving using Canto is using one system to manage all of our digital assets. It's been great to have one single location for all of our assets, and be able to find them using the meta data we assign.
Canto has made everything so much easier for our team.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to organize all your assets and that your team can easily access them for their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that has caused some issues is trying to get all our assets from Dropbox onto Canto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our design team has easy access to images we need to use for banners, social, and emails and can size them right there on the spot. It has helped streamline our process and all teams know how to find what they need!

What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is quick and easy. Can search our photos with tags and share with a click. In addition to being MUCH more user friendly and smoother than the generic content storage sites, Image Relay is contributing to the community as a Certified B Corp.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish everyone would convert to Image Relay, so all content was so easily accessed and managed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As part of the Marketing Team, we regularly send photos, logos, videos and other content. The ability to quickly find what we're looking for from among 30 years of files and share without hassle on either end is an enormous time saver.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Image Relay is a GREAT product and, although I didn't think necessary, made some significant recent upgrades.
