Sharing Images with Vendors is Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is very user-friendly asset management system. One of my favorite parts is being able to upload multiple images and batch tag them. I then have the option to go into each image and change any elements of the description if I need to. I also appreciate the “expiration date” feature which marks an image that has expired so that I can renew usage rights on a timely basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the option of moving individual images from one collection to another collection. Other than that Image Relay gives me all of the tools I need to manage our photography.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay makes it easy to share batches of images with vendors by building a collection of photos and sending a link of just those images. Our complete inventory of images is then kept private, but vendors get what they need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you’re looking for a photo management system that is easy to learn, this is the one for you. Image Relay has an amazing support team and your questions are answered quickly, which helps the learning process.
Ease of Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
Searching for any images is so fuss-free.
I can look through what is available in each collection by navigating through the different folders on the drop-down menu at the side bar or on the main menu itself where the images are visible. Searching by keywords in the search bar is too an option, allowing users to find images they want in seconds! Users can also sort the images by alphabetical order, timeline or file size.
The downloading is also simple, and file sizes are not compromised - allowing high resolution uploads and downloads. This is a very basic yet important aspect in the e-commerce world.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major as of now, except the fact that the maximum number of images we can display on each page is 100. More clicks and time is needed to navigate to the rest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Love this image database! Time is of essence and we are able to share images and files across the world, with almost no lag time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A must-have especially if your company has a huge database of images.
Increase efficiency and accuracy of assets
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to upload, manage and distribute assets to colleagues, partners and agencies.
I don't have to download files, use FTP sites or send large emails anymore. What I like best is, when downloading many files, it will zip them up and send me a link when ready. Allows me to be more efficient.

Great place to Collect, Display and share your Image libraby
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of finding the images set up in the tree and branches our company needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues at all with Image Library that weren't user related.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a place we can share our product images not just internally but externally as well with business partners. We're able to block access to any sections of the library that the partner doesn't need to see such as WIP, products specific to certain channels, and identifying images that need to be updated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool for storing, categorizing and sharing your product images.
Very Useful System
What do you like best about the product?
Image relay allows me to get images and videos from vendors we work with easily and without having to fuss with large email attachments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to scroll through images in a photo gallery style, have to click on each one and then go back in order to see it full size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have access to all of our vendor's marketing materials at any time.
All the photos your organization needs--in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I work for a higher education institution and we have dozens of photoshoots every week. Image Relay helps us organize and archive our photo files. You can also manage access for different members of your community, which is helpful if you don't want to open access to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searchability. Sometimes it's difficult to find an image.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Photo archiving and organization.
Great For Collaborative Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay makes sharing image and video assets easier for collaborative teams that may not work in the same location. Uploading photos and video is quick and easy, and having the option to tag before is helpful when uploading in bulk. The search function is reliable and makes finding an asset quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing about the platform itself stands out as something to dislike. More integration with project management software would be desirable, but I'm not sure if that's a limitation on Image Relay's part or how our team has our account set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to share image and video assets among team members who don't work in the same office. Images are easily tagged and organized for easy searching, which saves time when looking for an asset under a time constraint.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely consider Image Relay if you are a marketing professional in need of an image and video asset management system, or if you're working with photos that you need to share with others.
No fuss
What do you like best about the product?
We moved from another platorm last year. They had a lot of cool ideas, but the execution was pretty clunky. Image Relay has found a way to make everything so crisp and user friendly, while still implementing awesome tools! The team has been a pleasure to work with; they really listen to our input, and have worked quickly to build up a system we love. Not only that, but they give a clear plan of whats coming, so we can plan ahead in our workflows. I manage our Image Relay, but the whole company has loved how intuitive it has been, and has played a major roll in how we interact with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'll let you know when I find something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a way to get artwork and docs not only to our internal employees, but out to clients. Also incredibly easy to create upload links for outside content contributors. It's clean, and fast. We were able to switch from another system and still make the same deadlines which was INSANE. Downloads in various sizes and types makes it so easy for our various departments to get exactly what they need, instead of having to resize/convert themselves.
Great experience with Image Relay
What do you like best about the product?
Since starting our relationship with Image Relay they've been extremely helpful in finding the best plan for us (even creating a custom plan that gave us the tools we need at a reasonable cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
At present I have nothing to critique with Image Relay. It's been a smooth and easy process without any hitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a creative agency that offers photography and video services to our clients. we have a regular gig with Samsung at their 837 space here in New York City. Hundreds of Hi-Res photos weekly, along with video footage. Easy uploads for our photographers and comprehensive tagging tools make client review a breeze. Accessibility is never an issue and it eliminates the need for much hand holding on our end.
Great Creative Asset Sharing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple & clean UX and everything is easy to filter, share and upload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I can think of really on the platform itself. It is important to have proper tag and naming rules set up in the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing, Creative asset storage. It's nice to have all the assets available in the organization in one place!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
