Convenience
What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful to have all the marketing materials and images in one place. I like that I can search by keyword and find what I am looking for,
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to navigate through the different groups of images easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to these images and materials helps me create marketing campaigns quickly and efficiently.
Great for agencies
What do you like best about the product?
As an agency, Image Relay is a great tool that our clients use. It gives us easy and central access to all of the brand assets we need to get our jobs done. No more asking for logos, emailing for templates, and hunting for images.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform would notify you when new content was added or updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making our job as an agency more efficient and reduces the amount of leg work our clients need to do.

Ease of use, good organizational capabilities, intuitive platform, provides a secure environment to manage and track everything from asset usage to user management and audit, cloud-based system offers centralized and secure document management environment,
What do you dislike about the product?
the price is relatively high despite good benefits ($99.00/month)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allows to share files or documents in the cloud without having to give the user and password, which helps and speeds up processes in a company

What do you like best about the product?
Great for organizing, storing and sharing digital assets. Streamlines sourcing and sharing images with our client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't experienced anything I dislike about the platform.

Easy & Effective To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay makes sharing and organizing our photos easy. Our organization has about 700 employees and this makes sharing images within and outside of our organization easy. In addition to sharing images, it helps keep all assets organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
After uploading an album, if I need to change the description for all images in an album, I would like to make the change in one place instead on each individual photo. (I am not aware of this as an option).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like using the light boxes as a method to collaborate with individuals in our organization. I manage our social media ads and this allows users to easily add/delete images for advertising.

If you are looking for a way to easily manage, organize and share images within and outside of your organization, Image Relay is a user-friendly solution.
Effective and Efficient System
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of browsing content for teams to review and download is amazing. The tagging features are robust and there seems to be countless ways to assign users and permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of anything at the moment that we dislike about the product, it has worked very well for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our internal file servers do not allow for easy cataloging and browsing of assets. Assets are housed all over the place and we needed a central repository.
Great for Public Relations
What do you like best about the product?
I love working with Image Relay for it allows us to share photography easily + in a clean branding experience with editors and other third-parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the new updates + features are not as intuitive as the original, native platform. It still is a the best way to share assets with a great branding experience for editors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing photography with a variety of international and national partners.
Easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate the menu and search by specific words. Menu is clearly labeled. Reduces time finding images and information I need for marketing and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
No "back" button. I click backwards through the menu to go back to original search

Time is managed due to consolidating information and ease of access and use.
Excellent Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is the best and most affordable way to organize and keep track of all of your files. I can give different levels of access to people inside and outside of the company. I don't have to worry about which version of graphics people are using. It has made our job much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always ways to upgrade but the most part it's great. The only thing I don't like is it takes a few seconds for images to load when you're trying to quickly flip through images. If it were faster it would be perfect. But not a deal breaker at all.

I recommend checking out other options just so you'll know this one is by far the most affordable option. Highly recommend!
Using Image Relay to organize all of Alta's owned media assets
What do you like best about the product?
The scalability of the system, the ease of use and the sheer flexibility. This system is one of Alta's most frequently used marketing tools. We use this system on a daily basis, to not only catalog and organize new imagery and video but to keep track of marketing reports etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience still needs some love. Waiting for a solution for video downloads from mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product helps Alta gain efficiencies in sharing and controlling Alta owned media with media and our partners. Huge time saver.
