Great for quick asset sharing
What do you like best about the product?
A few of our team members, including myself, aren't always at our business headquarters so having easy access to necessary business/creative assets from any location is very valuable. It's also important to our business to be able to file share to outside teams/vendors from one central location. The customer service is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I ever found was image hosting for web embedding was a little wonky when we used it a couple of years ago. But other than that I have not come across any real issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay has streamlined the work of finding assets I need to complete day-to-day tasks without having to bother coworkers.
Great Digital Asset Management & Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and very user friendly. The ability to create collections to share within the marketing team is so efficient. The customer support is exceptional, they have always been very helpful with solving any slight issues that have arisen and have been a great resource in helping the company create a well-thought through organizational structure for all their digital assets. The image expiration feature is a huge help when dealing with rights-managed stock photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a drag and drop feature in organizing folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company's digital assets were stored in numerous different places and sometimes hard to locate. ImageRely has helped streamline the photo-editing/selection process. It's also saved time and ensured brand consistency to have all the logos/assets in one place.
User Friendly Exeperience
What do you like best about the product?
We found the IR team to be super helpful and the implementation a breeze. We also love the thinking that went into the more streamlined interface—we find it easy to navigate and get what you need and quickly. We are super pleased with this DAM system and how it allows us to go about our business with no obstacles.
What do you dislike about the product?
A 40 character minimum is making me write more but I don't dislike anything about this product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use it to store our photography and some graphics. It's well organized and we don't worry about naming conventions anymore—just good meta data and the IR team helped us figure that out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its very user friendly and customer support is amazing.
Great Alternative to Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and reliable when it comes to uploading/sharing large video files. And the fact that everyone in our organization has access to it is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
No viewership data is provided. It would be nice to be able to track things like views, audience retention rates, etc. similar to what YouTube provides. As such, it's not a good solution for simply distributing videos in a view-only context (screening works in progress for feedback, embedding in system-wide emails, newsletters, etc.). It would also be nice if an embedded video could actually playback in the email (with audio muted by default) without the need to click the thumbnail and open the link in a separate window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Dropbox for filesharing, but individual requests for content started to become overwhelming. We needed a repository that everyone in our organization had access to that was searchable and user-friendly. Image Relay has provided just that and has made our lives a lot easier in distribution video files, still images, and raw footage to people inside and outside of our organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a good closed-circuit file-sharing solution for your company, Image Relay is definitely worth considering.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is the ability to share images with a team. I work with a large team and having one place for all of our images is very important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the files do not download correctly off of image relay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With image relay we know which photos we have permissions to use. which makes it easy to use on our websites without going through multiple approval processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool to use working in large teams. Everyone is able to have their own login and different permission levels which allows you to control which images are being used.
Great to share images across a large organization
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to add new members, organize photos, and share with people outside of the platform. The system makes it easy to search for images.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike! It does the job!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to keep a detailed image library and organize our images in a way that allows for easy access later on.
I was able to teach myself to navigate through their files. Also transferred/copied files to IPAD

What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay has allowed our company to be more cohesive than ever and make assets super easy to share. Having hundreds of employees all over the country, image relay makes it convenient to share and upload information to keep everyone in the looo!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't like about image relay is if I am trying to get multiple files from someone else, I have to individually download everything. I would be nice if it could be seamlessly integrated with my Adobe programs, or even my documents on my computer like dropbox is.

Image Relay has allowed us to solve numerous problems when it comes to asset management, getting access to files from others, and sharing large files.
Great Way To Collaborate!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't have to send large files via email. I just add them to Image Relay and send a link, with or without giving access to other files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Image Relay does change permissions when new folders are added etc. so you have to be careful to ensure end users can only see and access what they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending large files is solved, also storing all of our merchandising info and photos is beneficial
Seamless for sharing files across partners
What do you like best about the product?
I have to share multiple assets with several different people in various organizations. Image Relay allows me to keep everything clearly organized in a "one stop shop". Making my hand off of assets as easy as a couple of clicks vs. the headache of tracking down which email was sent to who and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the spirit of innovation & making life it easy, it would be great if the DAM could auto fill tags. I.e., "woman", "man", etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem to solve is making assets available to a system of 1500+ people (probably a low guess). Image Relay solves this by being an all inclusive hub.
