Image Relay for apparel and footwear company
What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful to have control over the folder structure and organization. And the ability to add metadata to a batch is critical.
What do you dislike about the product?
I seem to have some glitches here and there with the uploader. But that could be on my end. Its hard to know because it is infrequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Delivery to global users with clear organization and labeling.
Great All In One For Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple tagging categories, easy to organize, one place for all media capability
What do you dislike about the product?
Video previews limited to .mp4. No .mov support. Which is another popular codec. Bandwidth for uploading large files (over 10GB) could be better / faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to have one place to share assets externally with and from clients. The ability to build large libraries of media for our clients that we can organize, search, download and share later on.

What do you like best about the product?
Image rely is an awesome tool to help teams organize and share different assets. Prior to Image Relay, we used an antiquated system to share files and life is now much easier! It is an awesome tool to organize all your files in a single location for teams across your company to access easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found anything and will be sure to update my review if I do :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IR is an awesome tool to help create a single location for different company assets that need to be shared across different teams. It allows for different access levels as well which is super helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is worth considering at the very least. If you are need of a similar service to what IR offers, why look elsewhere?
One of the best image sharing platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate and to search for specific products. I work with A LOT of different image sharing sites at my job and this is by far one of the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes have cropped up yet for me...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Downloading product images for an online retail site. Image Relay greatly reduces the time we spend looking for and downloading product images.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of navigation and the ability to share files with others in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particular stands out to me. Everything works smoothly.

It makes it easy to share information to those I do business with in a daily basis.

Easy and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use and I love that you can make multiple folders to sort assets out! It is a great too to have everything in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not aware of how to use the collections tab and create presentations. I'd love if there was more training available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to organize all of our assets on one platform that all of our team members are able to have access too. It is a time saver!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Play with all the attributes! You can create as many folders as you want to make sure that your assets are grouped to your's and your teams liking.

It has become easier to manage our image library and share across multiple flatforms. tagging is a huge bonus that we have maximized efficiency in our department.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cancellation of 3rd party software to batch upload content is a miss. Would like it back on track.

Share content with the team, easy to update it after if needed, no need to store them on your personal stuff.

If you have to share and update graphics and social media materials, guides and files to different people, this is a great platform
Phenomenal Resource for an Image-Heavy Business
What do you like best about the product?
Love the cloud-based platform and the flexibility that Image Relay provides our business. Tagging, permissions, descriptions and searchability is top-notch. Love the ability for outside users to submit assets via a simple upload link.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video on mobile needs to be fixed ASAP. Need to be able to export video to mobile devices, particularly IOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our expansive image library is searchable and accessible from anywhere in the world. Sharing folders with expiring links is invaluable.

This is a great DAM. Easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
We have A LOT of marketing content and the fact you can mass upload content is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a drag and drop feature when moving content into different libraries and folders.
Having click down through all of the folders on each item I'd like to move is a little time consuming.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many! 1. A single space to store all marketing collateral has been a lifesaver for us - previously storing on DB, personal computers, etc. made it difficult to track things down. 2. We've given our sales team access to all of the content that's important to them - a time saver for us and them because they no longer have to email us when they need that content or misplaced it in an email sent prior. It's all in the account!

If you're looking for a place to store and organize all digital assets, Image Relay is your tool! It's very user friendly and allows you to give access to your assets to whomever you need to. The great thing with that is that you can pick and choose which assets you want outside users to have access.
