Quite good
What do you like best about the product?
-collections feature
-sharing specific folders with agencies

What do you dislike about the product?
-depending of if you are in folders or collections, the button to download is not always visible - it would be better is the actions were always in the same place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to have assets all in one place but not everyone uses it so it's not 100% solved this problem.
Fit for Purpose
What do you like best about the product?
ImageRelay provides what the business requires in terms of file-sharing both internally and externally. It is really helpful to be able to share out a single unique link to a folder and update the contents where necessary. Contrary to it's name, it's not just limited to images but other files types such as PDFs as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately managing large folders within ImageRelay is a little clunky. If good folder management is not established early on, correcting folder structures in future is a pain as it is not very user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The internal file sharing is critical between departments especially in the fast moving digital world, creative assets are frequently required to be shared to the business and it's partners. With ImageRelay, it is easy for us to share these assets quickly and accurately.
I love this tool, great for teamwork.
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very easy to use, it is very simple to explain to the team how it works, we also have the ability to upload files and share them with the team. The ability to add keywords when uploading a file is very good because it makes it easier to search for documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only drawback has been that I had to ask permission to download certain files, however I consider that it is basically for security, so that not all the team has access to that specific material. Additionally, in some occasions I have had problems logging in, but once I reload the page it works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a company with presence in many countries, it is impossible to share all the content by email, therefore image relay has been an incredible tool to share content with the whole team, it is also an excellent way to keep all our files organized on one platform.

I don't dislike anything in Image Relay. However, the timing for preparing & downloading the files should be fasten

Smoothness and loads quickly for a media site. Easy to log in and brings to company image server conveniently.

Has to click in and hard to download image on a single click

What do you like best about the product?
I love Image Relay for its fast and easy access for images and information between co-workers. All the tools are accessible and easy to use. The format is organized and easy to navigate.

I really do not have any complaints about Image Relay. It serves it's purpose for my work.

It makes transferring and sharing images and information fast and easy.

Cost-effective Digital Asset Management System: Intuitive, Good value
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is easy to use. The learning curve is short because the platform is simple. It has been easy to get our team up and running, and to start sharing assets with coworkers and customers. We will soon be exploring more advanced features like hyperlinked assets within websites or interactive documents so that our content is continually up to date. The Image Relay team is responsive to our questions. The price is very reasonable compared to other digital asset management systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally there are no major problems. But sometimes there are features we desire but have not yet been launched. We are anxious to see Image Relay continue to add helpful features to its platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand consistency, digital file storage, secure file access, speed of communication.
A Good Photo Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to organize and find photos within folders, and that we are able to download different file types. It's convenient to have all of our university marketing materials in one place, to share with other staff and faculty who may need to use them for their own marketing purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature rarely calls up the photos I'm looking for. Unless I know the exact file name, nothing will come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay is useful to maintain consistency across the company. It's helped our marketing department display the photos and logos that we have already approved for use. Staff and faculty are able to browse and download at their leisure, and we don't have to worry so much about "unapproved" photos or logos being used in marketing materials that are made outside of our office.
Comprehensive and Easy to Use DAM System
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Flexibility in creating albums where the contents can be shared with limited audiences. Easy to navigate and access images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. I am happy with the service and support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an extensive creative team that produces video, creative, photography and other digital assets that need to be organized and stored.
Great Asset Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay makes it very easy to organize and share assets with team members. I really like that you can control the image thumbnails easily and making batch tagging leaves no excuse to not tag assets during uploading. The features are very intuitive and the platform is very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints. One small thing is that you have to update the tag definitions in order to add new tags rather than being able to do it while adding tags to new assets. Some may prefer this though as it reduces the chances for creating redundant tags. The other thing is that when previewing an asset I often hit the back button which brings me out of that folder rather than hitting X at the corner of the preview screen to leave the preview. That is more of a problem with my habits rather than Image Relay though. Those are the only two minor complaints I have, overall great platform

Mostly asset organization and storage. Image Relay is a great platform for both of those.
