Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient - can access easily - download are easy and zip if required

What do you like best about the product?
The search functions and folder options are many, and very easy to use. I use many different image hosting sites, and I like having both search functions/folder options, rather than some that only have one or the other. Plus no matter the brand, it's fairly easy to find any options, no matter how they arrange the site differently.
And when downloading images, it keeps the file name the same, which some do not and it's very important and helpful to my job when I need to match color codes and style numbers.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change is the option to add more specific detail to each image, maybe making it have specs/features options for adding content, rather than using a whole other file, if that info, (fabric, dimensions, fit, length, etc). Then it would be a more 'one stop' place to go for online content creators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlines the process for finding and downloading images. It takes some time off my work for each brand that uses Image Relay, versus some of the other image hosting / dealer sites that take up more time.
And since we have a few of us going to different brands all the time, the easier it is to use, the less I have to help/explain or show someone how to use it or write detailed notes on how to download images/find certain files, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
How fast it works, UX, feature to make collections that can be shared with other users. Image relay seems to be a great alternative to other software available on the market when it comes to manage high volume of assets. Comparing to other products that I've been using so far it's on the top of the list (maybe I didn't find any rival yet, not sure about that). Depending on the companies requirements implementation may differ but generally i looks like it's hard to convince current users to switch to anything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somehow missing uploader or the owner name, optionally some kind of version control and rights management in filters
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing high volume of assets of all types and sizes, sharing assets with external agencies, making collections as a showcase for brand managers

I like how everything is clearly displayed and categorized. The images available are all very good and high quality photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have been unable to download images but this is not a regular occurrence.

Its a great way to get some high quality photos to use for promotional advertising and for using on social media platforms.

Image Relay has been a great asset to our branding as well as capacity for marketing and promotions

The immediate ability for information as well as the usefulness of the site. We are able to immediately research all beer information and labels and logos.

There seems to be a small hiccup in the system that once we've opened a site and done a download we have to restart the page.

All benefits include direct links to marketing tool such as beer information and branding as well as information about upcoming beers

What do you like best about the product?
I use image relay almost daily. It’s extremely easy to use and I love that I can create collections of files and easily send download links to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to accept the terms and conditions every time I sign In.

What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is a professional graphic sharing service that we utilize with Dog Fish Head Beer brands. the ability to download well organized content and print for our market makes our job much easier as a beer distributor. Of all image bank services we utilize across 43 breweries, Image Relay is leading the way in this space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would make no changes at this time. It works well for our products and is industry leading in the beer space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of graphics is a huge benefit along with the file type selection at download. This is a huge time saver for our team.
Use to deliver photos to an institutional client.
What do you like best about the product?
Web interface is clean and straightforward. Uploading happens efficiently in background.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes make an error in uploading, and my permissions do not allow me to fix my own mistake. It would be great if I could modify, move, or delete files that I had uploaded, maybe with a 2 hour grace period or something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to deliver files to a large client. It is more work than just sending a Dropbox link, but worth it to keep the client happy.

I truly appreciate the easy navigation on the platform, either for our organization or for our clients. I also find the interface to be clear and modern, which makes it very professional. Finally, I'm glad that the quality of the images stays the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time of downloads could be a little bit faster. There's nothing that I would change, I think that Image Relay remains a great tool for our business.

Image Relay helps me to create clear folders that can be updated every season. It's useful for our sales representatives, our B2B clients and for the internal organization.
