Easy to use. Great to storage marketing content for POS
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, with simple steps you can find anything
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could have the option to open files "in-browser", instead of just downloading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing content could be found by anyone in the organization, even in different regions of the globe.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive nature of Image Relay. While our team is not necessarily in the weeds for asset management, the system is easy to use for everyone in our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The system works perfectly for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can work independently, fast, and solve problems for our clients.
Great Content Asset Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive and adaptable for users with differing technical abilities. Personally, I used to access images on a server and review and select them via Adobe Bridge. Image Relay made the process faster and better organized, all while freeing up local server space and customizing Image Relay to your brand's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is sometimes when multiple admin upload content, for some reason, the content display does not appear for others. I have not found a solution or a reason why for this yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure marketing and sales has the most up-to-date and approved content in an easy, organized platform. Brand consistency is key when you have multiple users utilizing and accessing content.
A perfect organized library for design files
What do you like best about the product?
Organized & Dated folders with previews. I am able to upload full rendered design files and all of its links including vectors and photographs, fonts, you name it. Everything is in one folder and a clear preview thumbnail of my design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues at all honestly, I am very happy with Image Relay
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting rid of the standard Blue Desktop folder with a name under it. Using IR to create individual folders for each design project I work on is fantastic because I am able to upload every file and every link to a vector or photograph used into that folder. The folder has a thumbnail image of the finished project so you can easily scroll through your library and find what you're looking for.

Very user friendly, perfect for organization and large format file sharing.
Simple, easy and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Image relay is easy to navigate, as well as easy to use. Downloading images quickly and in the correct format is key. Image relay hits on these!

I have zero complaints about Image relay

Primarily, I use image relay to quickly and easily download documents and images for work.

This is an easy and efficient way to store and down load images for marketing, Sales or office purposes.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Image relay is highly intuitive and easy to use. Options for sharing media and finding our content is a breeze. It's really nice to have it all in one place organized the way we like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about the software. We tried another company for a while and left Image Relay. We came back because we preferred Image Relay and we're all happy with it because we had that comparison.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing content with customers is the main purpose. Uploading the content to Image Relay is also easy and then it's available for the whole company to share externally as needed.

If you want a Digital Asset Management software that works, get Image Relay. It's reliable and easy to use.
Great file sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to share files among the whole organization and with other companies who need access to the files too. Love the ability to download images and pdfs in multiple formats and the ability to preview before downloading.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature could be improved, sometimes difficult to find what I am looking for but that could be something to do with the naming of our files too. Collections are a cool feature but I want some notices of new content but not for every single new content that is added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple organizations sharing images has been solved. Major benefit is it is an easy to use platform. Can be locked down so that only admins can delete or add.
Great for my job.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of Image Relay. It's easy to have just one place to grab product photo's and upload them to my tech packs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I've seen that would make me dislike Image Relay.

It makes working on my Tech Packs much easier, all my photo's are right there all in one place when I need them.

Review of Image Relay
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Image Relay are the sharing abilities. It's been a major help to be able to create photo collections and share a link with people both inside and outside of my organization. The options for uploading/organization/tagging photos are also amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the search feature could be improved. No real complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, it's a great and easy way to share photos with my entire organization from one central location.
Image Relay
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay can store tons of content. All of the videos, images, logos, PDFs, etc. for my organization are housed on Image Relay and its convenient/easy to access. I also use the platform to share large files that can't be emailed. The user interface is clean and easy to understand. It is intuitive. The website works reliably and doesn't act buggy, in my experience. I have also used it to upload my own files to share on a weekly basis with partners outside of my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Image Relay will ask me to explain why I am downloading content and what I plan to use it for. I don't like having to respond every time; I use the content frequently. This is probably something my organization set up, though, and not a fault of the platform itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a central database for all the important content that I need to access on a regular basis. It stores a TON of files. I can use it to share files with people outside of my network quickly and easily.

Give it a shot. It works well.
