Great for organizing and sharing with teams!
What do you like best about the product?
This is such a helpful platform to upload, store and share photos! We swapped from dropbox recently and have been very impressed by the ease and organization of Image Relay. I definitely recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything specific yet. It does the job perfectly for our needs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy way to share and store photos from all our locations around the world. It has helped our imaging team work better with our marketing team and graphic designers. Everyone is on the same page and has access to all files. Before we started using Image Relay, we had limited access and not everything was in one central location. Our imaging team is finally on point!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have none at this time. Very glad we switched. I have enjoyed using it and feel way more organized in my picture sharing. I have created files by year and within those, files for each holiday promotion. It's been great!
Overall great experience with some suggestions
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is a great organizational tool that allows me to have confidence in delivering my work. As someone who works in video at a creative agency, I appreciate the ability to create folder structures that match my workflow as an editor and allow me organize, tag and search deliverables by different parameters. This has been especially useful as the number of video formats (1x1, 4x5, 16x9, 9x16) continue to evolve with social media standards, and Image Relay allows me to keep all of that information at my fingertips. Also, the feature to replace files and maintain the same download link is awesome!!
What do you dislike about the product?
A few suggestions:
- Direct download video files from Image Relay to mobile devices - This would prevent having using secondary file transfer system to send media to a phone to post on social channels. Could this be solved with a mobile app?
- Video playback not supported for all video codec's - quicktime .mov files or higher res (ProRes) transfers can not be previewed within Image Relay.
- Errors uploading large file size - Any uploads over 10GB seem to require multiple upload attempts. I realize this can be caused by a host of different things

Delivering files to clients in an organized, professional fashion. After years of using Image Relay, we also frequently use it as a database to search our past work to provide examples to clients or editors.

I love that you can organize your content into different collections and choose which content gets shared with which person. It's a great way to monitor the content going out to users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could save directly to Image Relay from your computer without having to launch the website. It would be nice not to have to save work in two different spots (Image Relay and computer).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to struggle with getting our brand content out to our sales reps, and when they had content, it was often outdated. With Image Relay, we can update all of our content on the site and when we give our reps a link, they have access to everything they need.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super useful to have everything in one place and have such an easy search bar where you can find everything, if there are tags attached to your image! It's also easy to send links to images both internally and externally. It's also great to be able to store things on image relay so you don't have to worry about filling up storage on your computer-like videos etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could see stats, such a show many people are using this image and in what region etc..

Being able to send files across the business easily and sending to anybody external.

Great Digital Asset Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is a great tool to organise your data visually and in an organised manner
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the uploading of files is a little slow, and there are a few technical bugs that require attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay allows us to log and document our large database of images that are necessary for future projects. The system is very efficient as the search is done through keywords, making it easy to find information quickly.
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The user interfaces are self-explanatory and easy to use. When I share the folders or files with internal staff and external partners, they have no problem accessing the assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say the "Add a New Version, Replace Thumbnail and Add Attached file" button is not easy to find. The "..." is not clear enough to explain what it means when we mouse over it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize product photos and images. We can create folders, subfolders, and folders under each subfolder are pretty easy to manage.

I would say it's been a great experience and self-explanatory. I am sure the employees will benefit a lot from using it.
Image Relay has Improved My Business!
What do you like best about the product?
Image relay is convenient to use, organized, and easily accessible on various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My provider, Sundance Spas, offers digital renders of spas in all color options. I have sold more spas because I can show my customer what their custom spa will look like before it arrives.
I have found it to be a very serviceable and easy to organize vehicle.

I like being able to create folders and then fill them with job content
What do you dislike about the product?
I find filling out all the meta data fields to be very cumbersome. I am new to that practice, and have had some difficulty figuring out the most efficient way to do this.

I think it is a wonderful opportunity to corral many different parts of a job into one place, and I also appreciate the ability to create subfolders for further organization.
Dam it feels good to be a gangster
What do you like best about the product?
I like to have all my resources in one central location and this does a great job at displaying everything. We are able to put all kinds of files up here and share with our coworkers as well as clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the tagging aspect of it. A lot of our photos are stock and have tags built in bit a lot are custom shots from photo shoots we have and its a full time job to get everything tagged. I know it is a necessary evil but no one has gone in and tagged items yet. Maybe offer a discount service for this.

We are able to not have to download so many shots as we are all pulling and adding to one central location now.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you are allowed to choose and download the resolution of the image according to your needs. This feature saves some precious download time when you just want a small image.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there is no mention of the image dimension/size in the options for download. I mean, how small is small and what is presentation ready?

This helps to solve the problem of sharing high quality images that are too huge to send over email.
