The fastest way to get user reports of bad emails
What do you like best about the product?
A simple button allows the users to immediately report an email they find suspicious or alarming. We can then examine the email in a safe environment to deteremine the extent of the issue. It's a fairly easy rollout and trainig is enhanced as the platform knows when it's a KB4 phish test.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users are often congratulated for finding an actual threat when it is legitimate mail. The IT interface needs some evolution in dealing with the email after classification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More users are allowed to report phishing and malware etc. much faster and easier. Followup is easier as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Being responsible for our organization’s cybersecurity and mandatory state training, I’ve found KnowBe4 and its products invaluable, especially PhishER. PhishER’s user-friendly interface and powerful automation capabilities have drastically reduced the time and effort needed to handle and resolve phishing threats. The AI-driven analysis and categorization of emails, along with the seamless integration with KnowBe4’s training platform, have significantly enhanced our threat response and overall security awareness. What do you dislike about the product?
The most challenging part of KnowBe4 and its products is maintaining consistency across the different platforms while effectively keeping users engaged and alert to never-ending threats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem KnowBe4 PhishER resolves for our organization is that once a threat is identified, the automation kicks in, seeking out and removing similar threats from other active email accounts within our organization. This reduces the risk and decreases user reporting, ultimately saving time and resources for our staff.
Love how comprehensive the product is and how easy to use and manage from an Admin Standpoint
What do you like best about the product?
I klove that when an email is flagged and a Phishing attempt, the remaining emails in other in boxes are removed to reduce the threat of some one else falling for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little training to get used to checking on emails that were flagged and how to query and deal with each onebut once it was known, it is easy to use. The training and support has been amazing so getting the training was not a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the rick of our corporate employees getting Phished.
It is helping with the onslaught of new phishing e-mails

The automatic review process once you get the slider levels adjusted
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to do a geo block of countries and thatt those would stay blocked. Also some addresses that are sent to the blocklist are only blocked for 60 days. It would be nice to have longer options than just 60 days

Easy to use once installed. Our users love it for reporting suspicious emails

It was difficult to get installed but tech support worked with us until we did get it working.

Integrating with all the other functionality that Knowbe4 brings makes the PhishER product seamless.

We receive a high volume of items, so navigating through and filtering is critical.

Reporting phishing emails and extracting that from users emails.
KnowBe4 PhishER is pretty awesome

Great way to get everyone in the office to report emails they may all be seeing via the phishhook

Doesn't work the best in Gsuite, seems to be more tailored towards other email services.

Users are all able to report mass email sent to everyone, we are able to go in an see these reports
Helpful platform with time-saving automation
What do you like best about the product?
Automated analysis conducted, so user interaction can be limited significantly.

Not much to dislike, I haven't found any concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User reported messages undergo automated analysis and depending on the results, automated action is taken.
It is a good product but it has some aspects that could be improved.

It's ease of integration and operation. It is easy to instruct users to trust in PhishER for email security. Somewhat easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user, when you report an email and it is found to be CLEAN, it is not added back to the inbox.
As an admin, when I receive a report of an email identified either as SPAM or PHISHING, I can't get to the detail just by following the link on the email.

Taking away the responsibility on suspect email analysis
Quick, Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the PML feature, as well as the header, raw data, and the plugin with VirusTotal.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been times items sent to VirusTotal take much longer, hours, rather than the usual 10-30 seconds/ 1-2 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Awareness, user learning, knowledge of the threat landscape, testing our filters, use as a teaching tool for end users.
