The leader in anti phishing and awareness training
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create test phishing emails to your user base. You can allso pull templates from the community of varying degress of difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could select only one criteria for Phish RIP
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main problem was users were clicking on links in suspicious emails and some users were even worse entering in information. Phish ER has helped to mitigate this problem by sending out test emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're putting together a security awareness program, I can't recommend Know Be 4 Phish ER enough.
Great tool for email triage!
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER makes it simple for users to report emails in a way that we can focus our resources on the top risks and automatically filter out the noise. The feedback we get directly supports our efforts on security awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot to dislike about PhishER. Configuring the rules could be made a little more intuitive. More inputs to train the Machine Learning module would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are realizing that the volume of suspicious email is much larger than we anticipated. And we are able to provide positive reinforcement on security awareness training by providing responses to users after they report an email.
Another great addition to KnowBe4 Platform
What do you like best about the product?
As always easy to deploy and quick results once we got it deployed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scary how much valuable input we are getting back from the system that we did not know before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving time back to our helpdesk technicians and better prioritization of malicious threats that hit our network.

Very easy to use. Intuitive interface. Everything can be sorted and automated

A few pre-built templates that could be very useful.

Allows reviewing reported emails. Check and analyze links and allowed to build a proper strategy on protection and on users training
Great tool and complete solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like the single inbox interface for reviewing the submitted messages. The phish alert is easy to install.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a phish alert button for outlook for Mac OS.

Cutting down in attempts while expanding end user awareness.

Solid phishing review platform - room for growth
What do you like best about the product?
Really great platform for all of the basics needed to review reported phishing emails. It's super easy and intuitive to start using right away. The addition of PhishRIP and machine learning algorithms has greatly improved it from its earlier iterations, allowing for more automation and orchestration, which saves us time. The actions and rules are pretty solid. Overall, very good if you're just starting out on the phishing email review path.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still no full-featured API, which is a bummer. I'm on the Beta program for the webhook feature, which is a nice addition, but still not a fully fledged API which would really help our overall incident orchestration and automation use cases. Really looking forward to when the API is released. There are other features that could be improved: reporting (I'd like to see more granular reporting capabilities), more intuitive search, some improved regex capabilities for rules, and better note taking features (still not searchable or editable).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a central platform for phishing report analysis is a great benefit, especially if you're going from just receiving a bunch or reported emails in a group mailbox. It really helps with metrics, standardizing procedures, automating some of the enrichment, allowing for searchability and adding metadata. Has many neat features which have saved us time and improved our visibility.
