Great Tool to report Phishing
What do you like best about the product?
It's fully integrated with outlook (desktop and mobile) and webmail. Easy to use. Great reports
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work with generic accounts, It works only with personal accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users didn't report phishing emails because it was a manual procedure, now its just a click away.

An Essential Cornerstone for any Company
What do you like best about the product?
The PhishER platform was incredibly easy to set up and link into our Google instance. Once you get email notifications and rules configured the platform simply runs in the background and makes IT life much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a clunky SAML login when using Google as an authoritative source; but that is it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for tripled in size throughout the pandemic. With the increased employee count and amount of emails coming in every day, it was easy for the small IT Department to become overwhelmed chasing down spam and phishing emails. With PhishER's automated rules and ML backbone, we can quickly mitigate risk while improving department efficiencies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend implementing this platform as soon as possible. The amount of time we have saved as a department, and the amount of money saved by allowing us to use our limited resources in a better manner make it worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
PhishER is a complimentary tool for the KnowBe4 security awareness platform. As an administrator, the software is easy to configure and the staff at KnowBe4 is always avaialble and willing to assist with any questions. The training is easy for end users to use and navigate and is affordable even for small to medium sized business. New content is added frequently and is relevent to current issues. I highly recommend KnowBe4 and PhishER products to replace or compliment a company's security awareness program.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides to the software or issues that we have identified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing unwanted clicks from phishing emails and educating users.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the various phishing emails that are sent out throughout the course of your subscription that make you think whether or not clicking a link is the best option for the situation at hand. I also love the tracking feature, so I will be able to educate other office members on the importance of thinking before clicking
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I would improve on the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that a lot more of our staff are aware of clicking links and sharing passwords since they are now trained to look over who is the sender and receiver, what type of file is being sent, and what the content of the message is asking for. I had gotten some pretty authentic-looking emails before but was able to catch a fishy-looking email based on the return email domain before I reacted to the message.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to delete emails from all the users inboxes who received the email.
The Knowbe4 support is great, and the documentation is perfect, always answers all the questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
If we know that a phishing email is in users inboxes through message trace, we have to wait for a user to report the email as phishing to be able to investigate further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The RAW of the message, the domains and URL's help in blocking the exact domains the email was coming from.
Bringing users up to speed
What do you like best about the product?
I like the knowledge that the program provides, our IT department used to get slammed with spam and phishing attempts and now the users are able to better distinguish what is a legitimate email and what is a phishing attempt.
Using the PhishRIP function allows us to recieve fewer requests so we can get back to our larger projects.

Initally we had a hard time getting up to speed, we wanted to hit the ground running so maybe if we had a knowledge base for new users with more advanced features. Like how to use wildcards when performing a PhishRIP.

Why we picked KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quarantine e-mails was important to us and a key differentiator when we looked at other options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being automatic like a e-mail filter would be ideal but there are other products that do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a security savvy culture is the most important thing a school/organization can do because so much of breaches are socially engineered. KnowBe4 has a holistic approach and portfolio of products and a unmatched depth and breadth of training options.
PhishER Is a Powerful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER makes simulated phishing easy and is a powerful tool that is easy to use. It's a well designed product. Incident response is easier and more automated as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about it. Deployment may take longer than anticipated, but that would be the only real negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have improved our overall security posture, reducing time to identify phishing attacks, and improving how we respond to orchestrated phishing attacks. We have also seen our recovery time from incidents improve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it. However, just know it will take some time to get the full functionality out of it.
Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setup and the power of the tool. "Plucking" email from our account will be amazing should we ever need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, the tools appears to accomplish what we need and allows us to feel a little more confident.

The tool allows us to address the rising occurences of Phishing.
