Very good experience overall
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is straightforward to use, and to perform an Action makes it fast and easy. Also to show it to my college was very easy to show and to perform. Everything as smooth
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't think about features that I dislike, unfortunately. I didn't get a chance to see if there was a Dark theme or not but it would be great to have this little feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time-saving. We are currently using a competitor and the tool is just a headache. Every time I get a ticket open and I have to login ... let's say the experience isn't great.
Perfect Training Solution for Organizations
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER is amazing with integrating into the Training Platform. I love the PAB and getting end users to report and being to remediate safely right from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Get support for using this product. The issue isn't an issue with PhishER but getting people to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are closing our Social Engineer Gaps that have been prevalent in most educational environments. I want to use this as a proof of concept for other institutions to follow along with Cisco Amp+Cisco Umbrella+GoGuardian as an all in one security suite for school districts.

What do you like best about the product?
It is helping raise user awareness on the vulnerabilities we face.
What do you dislike about the product?
need to be able to spoof email like it would happen in real world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify those that need more specific training to raise their awareness of what to watch for.
PhishER is a wonderful tool for reporting phishing and integrating with various platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER has a beautiful dashboard with the option to search, find reported messages by priority, category, and a summary of messages. Either issue are manually resolved or automatically resolved. We get to setup rules and action configurations.
What do you dislike about the product?
PhishML is a little tricky for me to decipher and find out how it works. Priorities are not user adjustable and always have to be system-dependent. Tuning anti-phishing protection is time taking and tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our end-users report phishing emails through PhishER platform, and doing that ingrains the concepts learned in the training campaigns for phishing. This raises awareness in general among the workforce.

the auto features of the email spam. The release feature

That the product doesnt integrate with Mimecast to auto block threats
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a lot of user cant tell what spam is so they use Phisher and if it wasnt a bad email it will get release to them
Automate security processes reducing IT staff time
What do you like best about the product?
I found that this tool allows our IT team to focus on manual responsibilities while automating processes to protect staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could never find the perfect blend of settings to automate the entire process effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have immediately reduced response time to threats by automating processes.

Great tool to automate processes!
The assistance in getting setup made this experience an excellent one.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can schedule everything from phishing testing to training as a result of the testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given the assistance support supplied me, I haven't experienced anything that I dislike. Any minor issues were dealt with quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were dealing with staff clicking on links that they shouldn't. With the testing and training, we've reduced the number of clicked links.
An Organizational Approach to Analyzing Phishing
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER provides an easy and intuitive interface that helps us manage the large volume of emails coming into our school district. The product makes recommendations based upon the likelihood that an email is a phishing scam and then allows our team to deal with the issue quickly. I also like that PhishER constantly gets better at identifying emails that could be a possible threat based upon how we tag the emails that are pulled. Once we identify an email as a phishing scam, we can remove that email from other accounts across the organization quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
PhishER is a new product for our organization this year, and we have not found a negative aspect to it. The dashboard interface is very intuitive and straightforward to use, and the features are apparent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a K-12 school district, our employees receive a wide variety of phishing attempts. Our IT staff spend a great deal of time chasing down reported phishing scams. Phish ER has simplified this process significantly and, in turn, has freed our staff up for other high-priority projects.
Fantastic Tool that help with CMMC compliance.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation! Previously users forwarded suspicious phishing and spam emails to the Helpdesk. With the Phish Alert Report Button, the user can report suspicious emails and, the system examines and pulls the suspicious emails from the user's Inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike about phishER. During the initial setup, I would have preferred more in-depth training and understating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help with standardizing and educating end-users in recognizing phishing emails. The tool reduces the effort and action taken by the Helpdesk.
I wear many hats one being the person that uses KnowBe4's phishing, training and PhishER platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
I'd have to say the thing I like best is that our users can flip us suspicious emails by clicking the Phish Alert Button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. It seems to work great thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that our users can catch emails that Mimecast did not are a true benefit to this solution.
