What do you like best about the product?
Phishing campaigns is the best part of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the setup and integration with older systems can be cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teaching people what is a phishing email and reducing the load on IT on verifying whether an email is a threat or not.

What do you like best about the product?
The PML feature for threats PhishER has already analyzed allows us to automate our response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see even more use of PML for more automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Our users use KnowBe4's PAB (Phish Alert Button) to report emails to PhishER, the platform's machine learning algorithms and threat feeds automatically resolve and categorize emails into SPAM/Clean/Threat and let our users and us know what to do, virtually automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
All is working as expected. There have been no issues to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automatically and with little lift solves the need to categorize and let our users know if an email is from a legit source, saving lots of time for staff and users. Not to mention reduced worry.

Comprehensive control of malicious email

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive dashboard and controls for dealing with spam and malicious emails. The ability to create automated rules to reduce manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about the PhishER product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with spam reports in the Google interface leaves much to be desired. PhishER not only gives us more controls, but it pairs will with KnowBe4's cybersecurity training and Phishing campaigns.

Convenient integration of user training and attack simulation

What do you like best about the product?
Routing users directly from clicking an untrustworthy link to training explaining what they should have been looking out for is a great idea and already seems to be improving habits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Phish Alert Button seems much more worthwhile for KB4 than for me. It would be a big improvement if I could also forward user-reported messages to my mail filter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are already several types of attack that don't have a software component and more every day; a more savvy userbase is a better defense for scams than a programmed filter can ever get to be.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it very easy to read the headers without a ton of research. If you have the RIP with it you can pull the message into quarantine before you get more tickets from other people from the same phish. Allows you to track threats and spam as well as a mini-ticket system. Definitely helps speed things up investagint email.
What do you dislike about the product?
What could be better is if you could some how confirm if the pulling of the messages into quarantined worked, and some sort of summary saying how many it found and pulled. It would help identify how big the risk is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy for the end user to turn report phishing attacks and make them more aware. It also saves time than trying to explain how we need the original message to know if it was a threat or not.

A Recommended Tool for any organization

What do you like best about the product?
PhishER has been my company's primary remediation for phishing emails and spam. Its user interface for administration is simple and easy to manage. Dashboard reporting is clean. Support from KnowBe4 is commendable. Definitely recommend this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see reported threats be converted to a Knowbe4 training template to be added to the Security Awareness Training
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User-reported email remediation. It benefits us because it provides us with a phish remediation with machine learning capability.

PhishER - The good and the bad.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that people can report potentially dangerous emails to IT. We can then determine if they are legit or not. If others are getting/reporting them. We can do a search within 0365 for similar emails and quarantine them. This also raises red flags for the team to move forward and block a certain email address, links, or attachments going forward pertained to what was reported. The end users have the power to help us do our job better and faster to reduce overall risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
The PhishER product is excellent, and we use it daily. My only issue now is that the results are not 100%. We have tested the solution and have found problems with it. We have reported these; they have been replicated, and still waiting on a fix. Another item I don’t like is that the scan of emails limits us to 2 solutions. Virus Total or PhishML. It would be nice to have other options. Also, Virus total is not working correctly, and we have another ticket on that one it’s a know issue with KnoweBE4 software, according to Virus Total. So, in summary, it’s a great tool that needs a bit more tweaks and a few more options to make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making us aware of phishing attempts early on allows us to act quickly and deal with them immediately. The PAB also gives our users a new tool to help them make the right decisions on certain emails VS them trying to see the signs on their own. This lowers overall risk.

Peace of Mind with Excellent Support

What do you like best about the product?
The automation and support we get from our Customer Success Manager. Max is AMAZING. Everything is easy to use, and items are easily actionable in the console if any manual intervention is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found a dislike yet. Everything is working well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of user knowledge, automating Phishing emails so our support desk doesn't need to action them. Which is HUGE.
