Timesaver and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Users find it easy to submit suspect email to PhishER. We allow automation rules to run and then with a single click set the final status, and reply to the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tricky getting the VirusTotal plugin to work as expected every time, but I suspect this is a VT issue and not PhishER.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting of suspect emails is way up, but our time invested is lower.
Very Useful, For Larger Organizations
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is being able to auto-respond to employees about certain types of emails reported.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current rules for taking action are YARA based and can sometimes be cumbersome to keep up to date, and to filter exactly what you're hoping for. The preview feature to the rules to see what would be impacted was a nice touch though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest benefit is "training" the end users on what constitutes a legitimate risk vs. general business spam. Auto-responding to internal communications that people report is a wonderful way to teach them to read the email they should actually be reading.
Best way to help users combat phishing and spam emails
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am getting feedback from my users about what they are getting while being empowered to quickly act on those emails in an impactful way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish there could be some advanced way to incorporate PhishER with M365 and Exchange so we could quickly start blocking bad actors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer spend time researching emails that people report to me. PhishER evaluates the emails for me and give me good data to act on. There is automated action you can set in PhishER to help automate some of the responses, so that makes the chore even more streamlined.
Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the outlook integration experience. Was easy to get up and running and users are excited about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if I could've easily set it up without the help of my CSM. With that said, my CSM had me up and running in a matter of minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to identify potentially malicious emails with a simple 1 click integration for end users to report with.
User friendly and great support!
What do you like best about the product?
Helps your organization streamline your processes around phishing and SPAM. The quarantine area clearly identifies the message, the threat time, and the status of the resolution. Additional features with KB4 allow you to find similar messages deemed a threat and remove them from yours users' inbox. It's a game changer
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many comprehensive features built-in, it can be difficult at times to ensure you're using all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staff is more cognizant of emails that come in and when to open/click on items in the email. There is an awareness to suspicious emails like never before. Staff is "on guard" and doing their part to help protect our organization and themselves.
All trainings have been great! Learning while being entertained!
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using PhishER are that you learn while you are being entertained, which is great!! The teachings are relevant and meaningful!

There is not really anything that I dislike about PhishER. I've tried to think of things but cannot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER helps me solve relevant and real threats to our business.

I like that I can find similar emails within my exchange accounts and remove them before anyone else in the company gets Phished.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the automation worked a little better. Sometimes has a hard time finding similar messages. But if we run it manually and make some adjustments, it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem that many people get duplicate emails in their inboxes. By one reporting it, we can remove it from all user's accounts, saving others time, and not having to figure out if it's a Phishing email.
Extremely Effective Anti-Phish Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of an employee being able to report a suspected phishing attempt, how the program categorizes spam and phishing emails, and the ability to turn a phish email into a test.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found anything yet that I don't like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our organization create a very effective Human Firewall. By running monthly phishing tests, being mindful of phish emails is kept at the forefront of employees minds.
Great Product to Ensure
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER is an excellent tool for companies to protect themselves from phishing attacks. It effectively filters out malicious emails and alerts users to potential threats, allowing us to respond quickly. The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and the reporting features provide valuable insights into the system's effectiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
My feedback is about the lack of features in the discussion tab. It would be nice to have a back-and-forth discussion with the end users to understand better why they report specific emails. It also would be a great feature to help end users gain more detailed knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER has helped make reporting suspicious emails easy for our end users. Its main benefit is doing a job that would take two or three people easily managed by one.
PhishER is a solid product and can be very useful in larger team environments.

The product is quite easy to integrate with the Office Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular that I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping team informed about phishing threats in a quick manner so that staff do not send the same warning emails to each other.
