Pleased with KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER is very easy to use and intuitive. It didn't take long at all to get it implemented. I like how I can view each email that arrives and evaluate what to do with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time I don't have any dislikes about PhishER.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my users to have an easy method to report a threat. They don't have to try and make a decision. They can quickly click a button. From the Admin side, I can scan a suspected email and return it to the user if it's clean or remove it completely from our organization.
Effective Phishing Testing and Training
What do you like best about the product?
The monthly phishing simulations are very realistic. The add-in makes it easy to report any suspicous emails. The training is very customizable and easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know of any downsides. Some users complain when they get caught, but that's why we use PHISHer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER helps us report suspicious emails quickly.
PhisER Automation Works
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER automates the bulk of the work we were using to track phishing emails. The program was easy to implement and was added as part of our KnowBe4 training program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training was helpful but there are a lot of features that I am not sure that are being used to the fullest potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Government organizations are constantly batteling with phishing email scams. PhishER has allowed us to turn legimate Phish attempts into training for end users. Works very well for keeping our users trained and vigilant.
The scenarios are real world and spawn solid discussion among personnel.
What do you like best about the product?
Completely appropriate way to educate users in today's world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users mark many things as phishing and don't realize that if they are not actually phishing emails they are returned to their inboxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everyone from forwarding emails to me to determine whether it might be questionable.

Easy to use and extremely helpful for getting rid of phishing messages and spam

Nothing. Works great and everyone loves it.

Helping users look out for phishing and spam email messages. Gets them involved in cybersecurity.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about KnowBe4 PhishER is it's core purpose, the ability to pull emails from users mailboxes before they ever see them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wouldn't be fair to say there is anything I dislike; there are options I would like to see but there isn't anyting I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to pull identdifited threats from other users mailboxes. The benefit is obvious; if the don't see it they can't click it.

The user can report phishing emails without sending directly to IT.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to know if emails are being blocked after reporting.

It allows users to report phish emails directly with a tool and allows us to train users on security protocols.

I love the PhishRIP feature! It has saved our organization a lot of time

If anything, the interface could be made a little more basic. But after use, we have gotten used to it

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 PhishER is most helpful due to the fact the end users are able to report any emails. It doesn't matter if the email is good or bad, the system can identify and compare to many resources and even scan for threats. The upsides to using this is giving the end user the freedom to report an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
KnowBe4 PhishER is least helpful for Office365 GCCHigh users. I belive we have been waiting on a way to integrate the ability to remove bad emails from all end users mailbox for some time now.
This would be a downside as well, it works as expected in Office365 commercial, but not the Office365 GCCHigh edition.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 PhishER is solving our main business for email reporting. It really has a way to centralize the bad emails that our end users report for further disecting.
Amazing tool for Reporting and Blocking Emails
What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to train users in how to report emails as it is just one button. KnowBe4 can tag emails itself. It uses VirusTotal to scan email attachments and links automatically. I use it very frequently to check what emails have been getting past our security and its great having a second location to be able to block emails from coming through. The queries feature is also very useful to see who else has recieved this email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having the ability to block emails for longer than 60 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our users to be able to report emails that they find to be suspicious or malicious. PhishER works very well along side the training modules in KnowBe4 and helps us as Administrators to easily investigate what types of emails are being reported more often so that we can alter and configure our training and tests to match.
