Hero Product for your Security Team
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER has a lot of potential that can be beneficial for your company including PhishML, PhishRIP, PhishFlip, and integration with other software. The PhishML feature will automatically split your reported emails into different categories with their inbuild Machine Learning Algorithms. The Phish Alert Button that comes with PhishER will be installed on the user's outlook and it will resolve the reporting problem with just a single click without forwarding it to the SOC team. Within the PhishER dashboard, you will see the reported emails by users and here you can see the category created by PhishML.
The PhishRIP feature of PhishER will allow you to create a query and search for the reported emails by users, and then you can quarantine the emails from the user's inbox.
Their integration with Virustotal will allow us to analyze the reported emails from the users and to deeply analyze the links and documents on the emails directly without using any other sandbox.
The support of KnowBe4, PhishER's parent company is excellent. The implementation is very easy and affordable.

What do you dislike about the product?
PhishER should work on the integration of more software. Their ML model should be more accurate in terms of email prediction. PhishRIP will only work on reported emails, not on others if you try to run a different query.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 PhishER is solving our email security and Phishing attack problem. It has a Phish Alert Button that will be installed on the user's outlook and then it will help them to report any suspicious email directly to the security team. So it is solving our email reporting process.
With the help of PhishER, we can quarantine the threat emails that were not detected by the email spam filter and have been delivered to the user's inbox.
VirusTotal integration is helping us to better analyze the links and documents present in the email.

PhishER Saves Our Company EVERDAY!
What do you like best about the product?
Our employees send in emails to be reviewed. We research uisng PhishER and are able to use the industry standards to determine the impact. What is most important, we can send the email back to employees if it is clean and they can continue business. Thsi is secondary, however very important. Been in IT for 40 years and have never been able to use a product to iudentify threats as we have using Knowbe Training and PhishER.
It would be a great advantage to Knowbe4 if I can submitted our annual reports which show our use of Knowbe4 to protect our company.

I have no complaints about PhishER, NOR does our leadership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see the attacks on our email accounts and reconize as Threats, or Spam. Also as administrtor, I can resolve these issues.

The PhishER+ platforms has been a successful supplemental tool for our Email Security.

What do you like best about the product?
Phish ER has helped us isolate and remove phishing emails before users get a chance to click on links or open attachments. It has helped us avoid multiple phishing attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a KnowBe4 issue, but microsoft doesn't allow pinning the phish alert button in the web version of outlook so it moves depending on how the user has their view set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is preventing phish attacks by easily enabling us to use the Phish RIP feature to pull the same or similar emails out of inboxes with a few clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
We really enjoy all the features in the platform. I love the fact that users get different simulations on different times and days. Since using the platform we have really identified the users that used to just click on everything or rely on their team mates to warn them of a simulation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't complain about much. I suppose it would be great to make it even easier to use. Thank god for our account manager. We would have been lost without her the first year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to put out simulations has not only increased our user awareness, it has significantly reduced our user's propensity to click on malicious email links or attachments.

Knowbe4 PhishER is a much needed software for your team to protect the digital environment from email and Phishing attacks. You can get the PhishER from KnoeBe4 KMSAT training or you can buy it alone. It has a outlook plugin Phish Alert Button that will be installed on every user's outlook and will make the email reporting process very easy and effective. Once the user reports the email, it will be listed to the PhishER dashboard and then from here, you can analyze the email properly. It has a lot of features:

PhishER is helping us to detect and analyze the phishing emails in a better way. Initially, in our company, we were asking users to forward the phishing emails to the SOC team, it is not a good process and that's why we were receiving fewer reported emails. Now after using PhishER and Phish Alert Button, users are reporting a lot of emails and helping us to detect and block all the suspicious attempts to our organization. So, it is helping us to detect and protect from all types of phishing attacks.
It has an integration feature with VirusTotal that helps us to analyze and verify any links and documents within the dashboard of PhishER without going to any other site or sandbox. With the PhishRIp feature, we are quarantining the emails that are suspicious and have passed the email spam filter. This is protecting us from this type of emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The Phish Alert button is great and easy for users to help them identify possible bad email. It also takes the load off the help desk for replying to users that, "Yes, indeed you have properly ID a bad email".
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is always a concern and the cost for the three year renewal has doubled compared to what we payed 3 years ago. But we are still customers because it is so easy to use and manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Phish Alert button is one method users can be self-sufficient in reporting and contributing to helping organizations ID bad emails. It makes the users feel as if they are really helping mitigate bad actors.
Great email security tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can take reports from my employees and use them to remove bad emails from other employee mailboxes. It makes it easy to keep us safe and capture any phishing that sneaks through. I also love that the same tool to report spam allows for employees to pass the phish testing from knowbe4.
Setup was really easy and I've gotten great support to ensure everything is connected correctly. It was easy to integrate into google and push the PAB to users accounts.

What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some work to get everyone compliant and using the PAB. As an admin I can push the tool but I can't force people to use it. Fortunately knowbe4 has training we can assign to hammer home the importance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER helps me identify and manage potential security threats reaching my employee's mailboxes. Before we had PhishER I could only rely on people coming to tell me if they get something weird, now they can just click one button and I can manage the threat.

PhishER is excellent, and I will keep using it for every company I work with.

I love PhishER because it's easy to integrate the Phish Alert button in Outlook. I get an admin portal that's easy to work with, and automation is a breeze.
