It doesn't filter e-mails right aways from the whole organization once reported

Effortless Phishing Management with KnowBe4 PhishER Plus
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about KnowBe4 Phish ER/ PhishER Plus is how much it simplifies and automates the process of managing reported phishing emails. It turns what could be an overwhelming volume of user-reported messages into a streamlined, organized workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about the KnowBe4 PhisER/PhisER Plu
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overwhelming volume of user-reported phishing emails and the time it takes to investigate them manually. Before using PhishER, our team spent a lot of time sorting through reports to determine which ones were real threats and which were false positives.
Great Scam Protection, But Miss the Support Calls
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to delete scam and phising emails from all users after the first user reports it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Helpful quarterly support calls were dropped once the company obtained suffiient customers.

Solved user bad behaviours
PhishER Automates Responses and Streamlines Threat Quarantine
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER allows me to create some automation to help respond to users on a timely basis. For example, I can create rules that look for Spam keywords and automatically send a response thanking our users for their due diligence and give them some advice on reducing spam emails in the future. Additionally, if there are emails reported that PhishER has defined as a threat, or upon review I have decided is a threat, I am able to query our entire Outlook system and find messages that match the criteria, then pull and quarantine these messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
As bad actors continue to evolve, sometimes they are able to send to users, and the receiver's email is not located in the header. Sometimes this prevents the query from working as expected to remove these emails/threats from other users' inboxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER gives us a second and third line of defense against potential threat emails. It allows our human firewall to review and interact and then once reported can help to quarantine the messages that made their way through our incoming filter.
Comprehensive Console Makes Phishing Detection Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Nice console that displays all needed information about a phishing message
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automatic remediation function had better controls to find polymorphic phishing emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tool allows for the AI review of emails along with displaying information about phishing messages easily.
Evaluating KnowBe4 PhishER: Efficiency, Automation, and Security
What do you like best about the product?
I find the detail I'm able to see and the sandbox environment in which to detonate emails to determine if there is a threat, as well as the automation for known emails to free up some of my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it does not always return clean emails to inbox's and instead leaves them in the Junk Email folder. This might be something with how our account is configured, but I have not been able to determine what is causing this to happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phish ER is helping to train employees to be aware and report suspicious emails, it frees up my time with its automation capabilities, and the Phish rip functionality can take real threats and turn them into training opportunities.
Effortless Email Triage Makes Identifying Threats Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Knowing the phished emails sent by our users are triaged as they are reported making it easier to determine if one is actually legit.
What do you dislike about the product?
A better understanding of how to eliminate a mass email that has been delivered to all staff where only one person sends it in as phishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution has provided an greater indepth understanding by our users of the threats that are consistently being sent to us and their diligence in reporting them.
Powerful Email Threat Removal, But Selection Process Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love that users can submit suspicious emails and then if we find that they are a threat we can do a "rip" to identify if other users have received the same email and pull it from their inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the selection processes within the platform take a bit of getting used to. You need to make sure that you deselect an option because it doesn't automatically do that - so I've sometimes inadvertently sent a response to a previously selected email, instead of only to the one that I wanted to address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER empowers our users to be our first line of defense when it comes to threat email detection. They can report suspicious emails using PhishER and then we can proactively seek out any other recipients and pull it proactively from their inbox. This greatly reduces the threat of someone accidentally clicking on a threat or phishing email.
Effective Training, Seamless Setup with KnowBe4 PhishER
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the effective training modules that I can share with my staff, which are instrumental in teaching them to identify phishing emails and know how to react appropriately. The setup process was smooth, thanks to a great implementation team who handled everything. I find the realistic regular emails that test various aspects of phishing emails to be very helpful for staff training. The testing emails seem so real, providing true tests for the staff, and I value their contribution to developing a vigilant team. These features make me consider purchasing KnowBe4 PhishER Plus again due to their practical application in improving staff awareness and security posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer to have our former representative, Emmy, back because she was fantastic and proactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to train staff on identifying phishing emails, improving our email security by testing with realistic email scenarios.
Powerful Automation, But Needs Smarter Quarantine and Campaign Grouping
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about PhishER is the automation functionality when creating the rules. The ability for us to create rules and automate certain actions based on the rules makes reviewing the reported emails much easier for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about PhishER is that it doesnt have the ability to automatically quarantine a confirmed phishing email. In this use case where a phishing campaign is sent out to users and I find it on phishER and phishRIP all the emails and quarantine them, if the same email is sent again later, it does not automatically quarantine it based on past actions to that email. Another thing is that when a phishing campaign is sent to our users and they all report it, it shows that one email reported by so many multiple users - it would be nice if the system could detect that all the reported emails were part of the same campaign and maybe just have the campaign in the inbox where we could click it to see all the reported emails. Both dislikes are fairly minor but just things that could improve the experience of the admins who review the emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PhishER as our primary phish reporting solution for our users. PhishER and its machine learning helps our team by categorizing spam and threat emails fairly accurately. This allows our team to identify and prioritize the threat emails without having to review every single reported email. We benefit from PhishER as it allows our team to be more efficient when reviewing reported emails by users.
