Great partner relationship management tool

What do you like best about the product?
Introw fits perfectly to our needs. We get leads from our partners directly in HubSpot and we can also track partner performance in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing in particular we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep track of all incoming leads from our parter ecosystem. Also this way we can keep our partners up to to date on the status of the deals.

What do you like best about the product?
After kicking the tires on a bunch of PRM tools, we landed on Introw because it hooks up flawlessly with our CRM right out of the gate. This means our CRM stays the king of the castle, keeping our ops streamlined and slick. We got this bad boy rolling in record time, too—setup was a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, it's all thumbs up—smooth sailing and no gripes.

What’s the big win with Introw PRM? It’s all about making teamwork with our partners feel like a walk in the park, even while keeping our CRM under wraps. Our partners are all about the vibe we set in Introw —easy to get into and gets the job done without a hitch. They're digging it, and so are we.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Introw PRM we're boosting both efficiency and partner engagement. Its outside-the-portal collaboration and automated nudging keep partners active with minimal fuss, directly enhancing lead handling in our CRM. Shared Slack integration has transformed our communication, streamlining workflows and solidifying partnerships.

Introw's partner tiering sharpens focus on performance, driving tailored support and growth. Visualising artner commissions keeps engagement high and efforts aligned with our strategic goals.

As a major customer, Aikido influences Introw's development, with advanced features like Crossbeam's integration, crucial for modernizing partnership ecosystem collaboration. The result of our partnership with Introw is we're not just keeping pace but leading together the charge in how we want to run partnerships.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers all the features you need to get started with your partners. It is continually being developed and the product manager is very active and forthcoming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Might not offer all the features and kitchen sink, yet I'm sure that's coming.

Introw: A True Innovator with Exceptional Support

What do you like best about the product?
Introw is really a big innovator. Having one platform that can push everything into hubspot and mirror hubspot in real time is something I didn’t even know existed before I started using it. The personal contact with Andreas and Simon is great, and the product’s technical support is just as strong. Of course, things can go wrong sometimes, but their response time is below 5 minutes, which is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that we’re not using Introw 2027 yet. I think they’ll add so many useful and cool features in that version, and I’d love to have access to them now.

Overall, Introw has been a game-changer, and I’m looking forward to seeing what they come up with next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Introw PRM solves the problem of managing multiple partner relationships and deals efficiently. Previously, we had to update spreadsheets manually with deal information to inform partners about the status of deals, or we were creating costly APIs to handle this process. Introw makes all of that obsolete by providing one central platform where everything is automatically updated and mirrored in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
Introw won me over with its clean, approachable interface and rapid innovation. I made a suggestion during our evaluation, and within a few weeks it was live in the product. Customer support is direct and very responsive.

Introw won over my sales ops team by a) using Salesforce as master for all partner data and b) getting set up in a day with no other overhead needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still a young company, and there are kinks to work out. That said, it is more than sufficient for anyone launching a partner portal for the first time.

Lean and easy to use PRM built on top of HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
The integration to HubSpot is straightforward and just works. Channel Sales don't have to adapt their working process, they just go ahead and use HubSpot as before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point in time. For us it suits perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the collaboration with channel partners (digital agencies or system integrators). In the near future we will also use it to collaborate more with tech partners as there is a brand new integration to Crossbeam.

Easy to use, flexible, and efficient way to enable and track partnerships!

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up Introw was incredibly easy, I was able to complete the implementation without any help in about an hour. From there, adding my partners was streamlined -- and I was pleasantly surprised to see it pulled in my partner data (including referrals, amounts, etc.) from the CRM without having to train it how to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few times where I ran into snags and needed to take some time to figure out how to do something (eg. setting up a form), but as they continue to refine the product these will become fewer and further between. And if I wasn't able to figure it out myself, Intercom live support is a huge plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a way to accomplish 2 tasks: 1) track performance of my partners 2) enable my partners with similar information. I had tried using our CRM, which wasn't really cutting it. I also was using google drive folders to share case studies, etc. but found I was doing a bad job keeping them updated. With Introw, I'm able to streamline both of these functions within a single tool.

Easy for partners, easy to manage, easy integrations

What do you like best about the product?
The word that keeps coming to mind when writing a review about Introw is "easy". Introw was easy to deploy and implement. It is easy to administer and has eliminated the operational burden of creating and managing individual accounts for partner users, which has accelerated partner access and freed up time for channel ops. Content management is straightforward and uncomplicated. Partner content can be both synced across all partners and/or specific for individual partners. I use a custom or hybrid approach where part is synced and part is custom. This makes it more personalized for and better serves partners in different tiers. Their customer support and product teams have been very attentive and helpful. The Introw portal is easier to manage and easier for partners to access than past PRM tools I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Introw could be more mature in certain areas, but the product team has been open about upcoming updates and roadmap features. They have been very open to feedback and have already implemented a few small changes that I have suggested. Although Introw may not have some of the advanced bells and whistles other PRM tools have, it has everything I need to provide a polished and easy-to-use portal to our partner community. It also has all of the backend integrations, administrative features, and reporting I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With past PRM tools, the challenges were always the same.
Difficult to administrate, difficult to manage content, heavy burden on channel ops to grant and verify partner access (managing usernames and passwords), and integration issues, or long cycles to perfect the integration.

Introw has been a breath of fresh air. Most importantly, it is easy to use. Unlike past PRM tools, it does NOT require hours of training videos or courses before starting or to be able to use the platform effectively. It is intuitive and can be used on day one. It offers out of the box bi-directional integrations with all of the tools that we use including Hubspot and our CRM, SalesForce. Content management is also straight forward and managed in a central location. Contect can by synced across all partner templates. Custom content can also be added to individual partner templates, like co-branded content, or tier based content.

I have found the domain based partner authentication to be a real game changer. It has eliminated the burden on channel ops to manage each partner user individually. Individual credentials can still be used if needed for some or all users, but domain based access has proven very useful, safe, and effective for our needs.

This platform has simplified our partner deal registration and tracking process. Partners can login to the portal to register a deal, but they can also just submit a deal registration form directly from our partners page on our website without having to sign in. Their user or domain is automatically linked from the deal reg form to their account in our CRM. Deal registration acceptance can be set to auto accept or manually accept. We don't auto accept deal registrations as each one is reviewed before acceptance, but the option is there if we change our process in the future.

Most of the reporting that I do is out of our CRM, SalesForce, and other tools, but the integration between the tools was easy and completed in hours, not days. Introw does offer some great reporting, especially when it comes to deal tracking, partner volume, partner performance, and year-to-date performance. The bi-directional integrations gives us the option of updating and notifying our partner reps about sales notes and deal status updates or changes.

The Introw team has been very supportive, kind, and wonderful to work with. Anytime I have a question or need help, I slack our customer support rep. If he is unable to answer the question via slack, then we set up a web meeting. I could not be happier with the level of support. I really appreciate that we have not needed a lot of support. The platform is well designed, has great flow and a high level of usability.

Easy to use, Just what's needed, Not bloated

What do you like best about the product?
Introw was extremely quick to launch and start collaborating with partners. I like the ability to create templates for different partner types that is catered to each partner. Their team has been extremely responsive with any issues or questions that I have had for them, using a shared Slack channel. As a fellow-up early stage company, it is good to work with others who are more nimble and act with urgency. This is used daily by myself and my partners and the feedback has been positive. Implementation and integration with our Hubspot system was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any thing that hasn't been right has been fixed, often in hours or days. I can't come up with anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a collaboration space for our partners, and a place to register and manage deal pipeline together. It also provides a way to share assets with partners.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Introw for the past three months, and it has significantly streamlined my workflow with our partner network. The tool offers fully customizable spaces, allowing me to tailor interactions with each partner efficiently. The interface is user-friendly, and the flexibility in managing communications and tracking progress has been a game-changer. It’s made partner management far more organized and straightforward. If you’re looking for a PRM solution that adapts to your unique needs, Introw is the way to go!

Introw shows great potential, but being a newer product, some features need refinement. Minor bugs pop up occasionally. Excited to see how it evolves
