Great management platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing my inventory in one place. Then being able to build smart groups to take action against is key.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scrolling to the bottom of a long list is absolute murder. When I have to scroll down past 1500 lines I go crazy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updates and patches. Are second only to automated deployments to reduce help desk install requests.

What do you like best about the product?
So far I am super impressed with my limited use of JAMF PRO.
The integrations available to use in various services such as Service Now is fantastic to hear.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any issues that I can report currently. I like the console and I'm excited to use it on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently integrating Mac devices into our Windows AD environment. This has been a really helpful tool to help push software as if it were SCCM.
Jamf needed for Apple device management
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf allowed us to start managing our Apple devices versus not managing at all. It allows us to prepare devices quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I haven’t liked had nothing to do with Jamf. Dealing with our Information Security team to allow SSO integration took forever. Nothing to do with Jamf just our team being paranoid of allowing cloud integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of all Apple devices
Amazing experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage multiple devices. Is a lot easier to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Glitches with old self service, it has a lot of errors were we have to re manage the devices

Seeing Jamf pro 10 for the first time this morning, I really like the interface! Looks like some other tools I know ... Azure, OMS, Office 365
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, I am really excited for the self service integration with Intune
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ConfigMan can not mange Mac device with the same abilities that it can Windows devices. This is a problem when your endpoints are 25% Mac.

Ease of use and available features. We are eager to get a sandbox established to test deeper.

Pricing is a bit high for k12 but hopefully will be worth the investment if we decide to move forward.

I love Jamf

What do you dislike about the product?

A power product for power users
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro allows us the flexibility to manage our environment as we need. Unlike Active Directory, Jamf is extensible and allows us to collect data, manage, and configure endpoints on our own terms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more 1st-party support and product offerings and breadcrumbs throughout the application. There’s a lot of clicks to get simple things done. An in-line script editor and package upload utility would be useful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a massive fleet of systems on campus which are in a multitude of locations. Our current self-service utility, BigFix, is slow and cumbersome, and not user friendly. With Jamf Pro we are able to leverage thoughtful self service, endpoint deployment, and overall manage our customer support and service experience from end to end while reducing overall technician hours. Software which normally would take hours to deploy and lots of babysitting would now be only a click away, no tech time necessary.
