What do you like best about the product?
the easy of use is pretty awesome. it help make my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly no dislike here, well maybe one. I wish the training was available for all licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing macOS in the enterprise. Jamf Pro has made it so easy to manage them.

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf pro offers a variety of helpful tools. And has helped automate our process for setting up Macs after arriving. It works great as our MDM solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn’t have a solution for restarting macs that have been locked for “x” amount of time. I don’t have a way to flush configuration profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf pro has automated our setting up of wiped Macs. It offers a solution for installing required software in our labs based on smart groups/names and other data we could provide it.

Help Desk Overview

What do you like best about the product?
JAMF Pro has the ability to easily grant application rights to different teams with my department. For example, my Help Desk team has the rights they need to do their jobs, and my Engineers have rights that are appropriate to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The terminology and user interface is a little confusing to teach my Help Desk team. The search functionality is a little wonky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage all MacOS/iOS devices with JAMF. It's been great for application deployment and device management (wiping/imaging)

Great iPad management solution. We’ve been using them for 8 years now . Also great for laptops, packages, policies, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
First tier support usually needs a lot of work.

What do you like best about the product?
The added efficiency of managing and providing a common user experience across hundreds of macs with minimal effort on the part of help desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing app patches can be obnoxious. The need to upload new versions of each Office app is time consuming, the functionality looks great for custom apps, but can't be used for custom apps instead I find myself cacheing and uploading versions of publicly available apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before jamf every mac took 2-3 hours to stage and we had no way to on-demand deliver software to co-workers

What do you like best about the product?
The combination of an MDM and a binary-based manager makes for the most versatile Mac management solution available—not to mention the best community resources!
What do you dislike about the product?
Desktop apps somewhat out of date, and no mobile offerings. Dashboard could be more robust, and patching still needs some attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primary Mac engineer at a publicly-traded global company—so everything!

What do you like best about the product?
You save a lot of time using Jamf pro to manage all your Apple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a bit difficult to do scripting for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All out apps are always up to date and we never have to worry about installing new apps.
