What do you like best about the product?
Cloud integration with Azure is really nice feature.

The issues with VPP makes it difficult to push programs.

The easability to provide my users with to tools and resources they need.

I would like more granular control with how scripts packages can be managed. Site specific would be good.

Deploying new devices, refreshing existing devices. Ease, speed, and hands off approach.

Being able to scale from 10 iPads to 10,000 iPads and being able to have zero-touch deployments.

Multiple steps for some actions and being able to move quicker through repetitive steps.

Deploying thousands of iPads.
Jamf is the best MDM
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to manage and to administer. As a new Jamf admin, I don’t feel overwhelmed at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minor issue- but some tasks I can’t complete in Chrome and have to switch to Safari.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently deployed a launch daemon to flush a clients DNS. We were having trouble with VPN users accessing our network resources. I was able to do a mass deploy of a script and launch daemon with Jamf and it solved our issue.

None so far; CS from from jamf is tremendous

Managing hundreds of devices

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a great way to report on the versions of your fleet and allows you to act on it. For example if Google Chrome has a day 0 exploit, we’re able to review our fleet and send messages to out of date machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s no option to do less than this version making us constantly updating our criteria so we don’t bug users that have updated passed the unsecure version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deploying hundreds off iOS devices to clients and then turning them around to other clients. This allows for more uniformed deployment and very quick setup.

Nothing so far, there is so much that you can do and features are always being implemented

What do you like best about the product?
K-12 has limited resources to ensure that student and school staff member has a device that is maintained with current Apps, patches and secure. We could not accomplish that without JAMF Pro.

Can’t easily generate a list showing which devices are in a pre-stage enrollment.
