What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage and access computers remotely through the system has been a benefit especially when ARD has failed to connect to the machine in question.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates that they have implemented, seem half baked.
The fact that the community has to come up with alternative work arounds to make things work seems somewhat backwards. It feels like they have gotten to big, without figuring out the details that are required for their end users. It sometimes feels like they are trying to make things harder to do vs simplier so that we can complete the other work that is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple sites at once and being able to be hands off using polices allows a better use of time.

Jamf Pro for Education

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Jamf interface is quite intuitive and easy to get the hang of with only a few hours of use. There always seems to be a function that is useful even when you don’t know it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, the main issue I have come across so far is deploying VPP apps. In some cases the apps do not make it onto the device or get stuck asa pending command. Flushing the commands does help at times, but not always. Sometimes we have had to re-enroll the device entirely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More and more iOS devices are being implemented and used in classrooms. Jamf has helped us deploy and manage those devices efficiently and securely.

What do you dislike about the product?
MySQL is the weak point in the deployment and can be clumsy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sped up device deployment to several hundred per day instead of per month
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s by far the best with the most features and best support.
