Best MDM for Apple
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and how simple it is to setup
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can sometimes be a bit much for jumping into a MDM

Patching, OS upgrades, app installs, zero touch

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro is always ready when new macOS and iOS updates come out. Their support is quick to respond to urgent issues and they are always friendly and professional. The community is the best part of Jamf though, Jamf Nation is always active and there are many very experienced admin always willing to help out and contribute.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support can sometimes be slow to assist if you go the email support route, but any time I've requested a meeting or on the phone support, Jamf has been able to oblige me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to fully automate our Mac deployment and easily monitor patch management and apply updates and configuration changes easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learning how to use Bash/Zsh scripting will open a lot more functionality with your Jamf Pro server. Also, taking the Jamf training classes is very important to a successful administration.

Nothing. Everything is all right. Simple, fullness.

What do you like best about the product?
jamf is a 1 stop shop for all of your mac needs. After working with PC's for over 20 years, Mac combines all aspects in to one location

support is sometimes slow, and it seems like the triage desk needs more training

all problems can be resolved with Jamf. The benefits are never ending, even now more so with Jamf Protect

The ever changing demands of our company's enviroment and how the JAMF's Support Team responds to our dalily needs with quick respones and a dedicated team to resolve issues on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When 3rd Party companies do not play nice with JAMF and that JNUC is only once a year
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making a user interaction free enviroment for our users. This makes it easy for us to push new updates and keep our machines up to date.

Its easy to lean and JAMF has training videos to start your foundation for JAMF.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy interface to follow and maintain. From my experience with Jamf, I wouldn't use anything else to control and maintain my iPads and Mac devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I haven't found anything that I dislike enough to write about. Keep it up!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to push apps, find devices and wipe when lost is a game changer. Very helpful when I can just push out an app to 1000+ ipads in one click

If you're looking for a solution that has a clean, easy to navigate dashboard, Jamf Pro is 100% the way to go.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to complete customize any Apple computer in minutes for each particular user group in our environment. And then to continue to manage them remotely, no matter where the computer may be; onsite or offsite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were ways to better document our policies and practices within JAMF. I wish that JAMF would notifiy you if a package gets deleted that was in one of your policies. This is mostly because we have a very large group using JAMF and we often share packages (which is powerful) however, if someone deletes the package, you do not know about it. Therefore, I check my main policies monthly to ensure they are up to date. However, these are minor inconveniences compared to the ability to configure and manage thousands of computers and mobile devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past re-configuring computers or customizing brand new computers was a long process. But with JAMF we are able to speed up the process to the point that often rather than trying to pinpoint a software error or problem, it is easier and faster to wipe the computer and start over fresh. We are a small team that handles on smaller division, but JAMF allows us to administer and manage over 600 computers and mobile devices.
The Application as a whole is amazing when it works.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you have the control to configure a mass majority of the Apple products with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Supports way of handling tickets and automated responses that get closed after set days even if the issue was never resolved. This drives me bonkers!!

Apple Environment control and management over a suite of Apple products that include TV,Mobile Devices, and Laptops.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to configure settings on all our managed devices remotely. The API for learning and customization. It just keeps getting better. Great customer support !
The auto updates to the cloud server are nice. The Jamf Nation Forum is a great place to get insight on issues other people are having and possible solutions. I was lucky enough to take the JAMF courses and get my JAMF admin cert. The JAMF courses were a great experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
Expiring tokens. Not that I've had any expire. Also, some of the patch policies are funky, I usually end up making my own policies to update certain software.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching / Updates. Lab Management. Basic Help Desk Issues, if I'm dealing with a managed computer I know what to expect and that makes trouble shooting much easier . Jamf has provided a great means for inventory tracking. The ability to import asset tags from our inventory database to JAMF, in combination with assigning users to devices had made JAMF an asset for our auditors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I wouldn't use anything else.
